Eivissa Jazz Festival

Every day from 1 - 6 September, from 21:00

Feeling ‘kind of blue’? What you need is a dose of high-level Jazz. That’s where the annual Eivissa Jazz Festival comes in. This top-class musical event returns to its inimitable setting in the historical quarter of Ibiza Town - Dalt Vila, transforming it once more into a sublime open-air club.

From the lush Reina Sofía Park to the panoramic Santa Lucía Bastion, each night features a stellar lineup of local heroes and international headliners who blend traditional standards with far-out contemporary improvisations. For just €12 a ticket, you can enjoy a full sensory experience where world-class melodies float on the sea breeze set against the unforgettable sight of the cathedral and port.


1 - 30 September, from 20:30

Step right up! Local cabaret extraordinaire Teatro Pereyra rolls out the red carpet thru’ September with Pereyra Experience — a genre-bending night where dinner, drama, and decadent after-parties come together for an unforgettable night out.

Guests can revel in a spectacular themed dinner show, before diving into a high-energy after-party where the lines between audience and performer blur.

Choose your vibe: fall under the spell of Circus of Love, indulge in the retro glam of Let’s Go Carnival, or dance through decades of sound with Pereyra Beats. After all, at Pereyra, no two nights are the same!


The Ice & Fire at Hell's Kitchen

3 September, from 19:00

As Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen at The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel approaches the final stretch of its first season on Ibiza, it has lined up something special for its avid clientele. THE ICE & FIRE is a glamorous cocktail evening whose privileged attendees will enjoy a specially curated cocktail menu in which the service itself forms part of the performance.

The Catalan master mixologist Dani Sempere will visit each table at the glitzy Playa d'en Bossa restaurant to add his inimitable touch to the cocktails while sharing the backstory behind each concoction. Reservations for this glittering event are advised.


Rock Nights 2025

September 4, from 23:00

One for fans of guitar-driven sounds, Rock Nights brings its main series of events (more to come in October) to a close this season with a final explosive shindig on the open-air stage at Venice Bay, in San Antonio Bay. Dazzling live performances, acoustic tunes and DJ sessions by Jotapop + Rock Nights DJs await.


Dorado Live Shows

September 4, from 20:00

This month, multi-purpose outdoor venue Venice Bay Ibiza will also see the penultimate night of Dorado Live Shows, a series of live performances highlighting artists from the Spanish Indie rock scene. On this occasion, it will feature the Basque band Shinova + local chanteuse Sandy Valey.

All proceeds will go to the local charity APAAC in its fight against cancer.


A Walk on the Wild Side | Balearic Outdoor Adventures

Every Friday throughout the month, starting 5 September

Swap a club night or a day on the beach for an invigorating early-morning coastal climb or a sunset stride with Balearic Outdoor Adventures' latest ramble through Ibiza's fabulous natural scenery, A Walk on the Wild Side. Their weekly open hikes on Fridays are tailor-made for solos, duos, or mini-crews. What's more, they almost always include a splash-worthy swim stop!

Routes drop a week early, so, don't dawdle and plan your escape asap!


Music cycle Sol Post a s'Oli Fest

Saturday 6 & 13 September

Catch the serene sunset sounds at Sol Post a s'Oli Fest at the stunning Caló de s'Oli Auditorium, in the bay of San Antonio! Having begun in July, this weekly festival comes to an end this month with two final events, presenting Metanoia, an emerging local jazz project and Els Pets, legendary icons of Catalan rock.


Romans v Carthaginians in the war of the tomatoes

September 6, from 20:00

Forget sunscreen - the only thing getting slathered on S’Arenal beach is tomato purée! Watch San Antonio’s Romans and Carthaginians “settle” their ancient feud in the messiest, zaniest food fight of the summer… followed by a 'make-up' BBQ, live music and DJ sessions. Literally unmissable.


A Timeless Night | Concert at Aguas de Ibiza

7 September, from 21:30

Maymanta Pisco Bar, on the rooftop of Aguas de Ibiza Grand Luxe Hotel, is the setting for a special event, A Timeless Night, a string concert performed by a classical music trio. All proceeds will go to The Elena Torres Association for Research for the Early Detection of Cancer. Come for the magic of a concert set to candlelight and the majesty of the full moon and leave knowing you have made a contribution to this worthy cause.


Ibiza Fiestas: Jesús

8 September

Just outside Ibiza Town, on the way to Santa Eulalia, the village of Jesús hosts its annual patron saint festivities this month. The main events take place on Monday, 8 September, including the traditional Mass, a procession, folk dancing, an exhibition of vintage motorbikes, a parade of farmers' carts, children's games, and a concert by the Municipal Band of Music. On the final Sunday of the month, September 28, there is also a Children’s Gymkhana at Can Lluís de sa Rota.


Nits de Baluard

14 September, from 21:00

As part of the Nits de Baluard series, Ibiza’s old town will host Iré a Santiago, a unique free concert that combines Spanish heritage with Cuban soul and rhythms. A dynamic cross-cultural musical journey, directed by composer and violinist Ramsés Puente Matos, it is a homage to the eminent Spanish poet, Federico García Lorca, and his deep love of Cuba and the town of Santiago de Cuba.


AWARË concert at Teatro Pereyra

14 September, from 18:30

On Sunday, 14 September at Teatro Pereyra in Ibiza Town, discover AWARË, the duo of Matías da Via and Bogdan Djukic. Blending self-taught creativity with classical mastery, they weave improvised soundscapes of silence, harmony, and rhythm, offering audiences a transcendent experience where music becomes a raw, universal language of connection.

The Covent Garden Comedy Club London at EsBirra Ibiza

19 September, from 19:45

Ibiza Beer Festival 2025

20 - 21 September

Hop to it, Ibiza’s ale enthusiasts! Ibiza Beer Festival is pouring its 18th edition with over 200 brews on tap. Sip and savour craft beers in the company of other brew buffs and for that all-important beer pairing, indulge in superb bites at the Ibiza and Formentera Food Fair 2025, which is held alongside.


Ibiza Fiestas: San Mateo

21 September

The tiny hamlet of San Mateo - in the northwest of the island - holds its patron saint festivities this month. 21 September is the main day, with a Mass followed by folk dancing, music, the sale of local produce and other activities. The Sant Mateu Popular Race takes place the following Sunday 28, from 09:00.


Territori Ibiza - International Performance Art Festival

22 - 28 September

Immerse yourself in a global gathering of cutting-edge performance art. Territori Ibiza transforms the island into a living stage featuring workshops, exhibitions, and awe-inspiring body-based performances in galleries, beaches, and off-the-beaten-track urban spaces.


Ibiza Balloon Festival

26 - 28 September, from 07:00

Up, up and away we go with the first ever Ibiza balloon festival, which takes place in the resort of San Antonio. This entirely unmissable event has a full programme with featuring hot air balloon flights, dazzling shows, and fun-packed activities for all ages. Witness the island from a bird's eye view for an experience you will cherish lifelong. And enjoy a special thrill on the evening of Saturday, 27, with the spectacular Night Glow.


Medieval Mariners' Market in San Antonio

Every day from 26 - 28 September, from 11:00

Well, timber me shivers if it’s not time for the return of the much-beloved San Antonio Medieval Mariners' Market – a four-day treasure trove of pirate tunes, sea shanties, mermaid manoeuvres, and handicrafts worth an admiral's ransom. Prepare to be boarded by fun for all the family!

p.s. no shore leave granted until you’ve danced with a pirate and bartered for booty.


Fiesta de Sa Roca de Sa Creu at Es Figueral beach

27 & 28 September

The charming resort of Es Figueral celebrates its local fiesta this weekend with live music, cultural performances, and community activities on its expansive beach. Along with from the eclectic line-up of musical artists on Saturday night, the event features a day of mixed activities from beach cleaning and seagrass awareness to Zumba, tennis and folk dances on Sunday.


Ibiza Fashion Show

28 September, from 17:00

Fashion followers, listen up! Baluarte de San Pere, in Dalt Vila, is the location for the second Ibiza Fashion Show. Organised by photographer Marta Rojo, it blends fashion with local heritage through runway shows and traditional dance. The event supports emerging designers and includes a charity bar for social projects on the island. It celebrates Ibiza's creative spirit, merging contemporary design with Mediterranean culture.


Ibiza Fiestas: San Miguel

29 September, from 09:00

The northwestern village of San Miguel celebrates its patron saint at the end of this month. Festivities are ongoing throughout the month (on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays), but the main day is the 29th, when spectators can look forward to performances of folk dancing (ball pagès), live music concerts and other festive events.


Live Music Thursdays at Word of Mouth Ibiza

Every Thursday throughout the month, from 18:30

Every Thursday throughout the month, WOM Radio Cafe Ibiza (located at the far end of Santa Eulalia promenade, abutting the resort of Siesta) hosts Live Music Thursdays, a weekly celebration of live music by local and international artists, delectable global cuisine and mouth-watering cocktails.
