La Cursa popular Pla de Sant Mateu, the Sant Mateu Race reaches its sixteenth edition the 29 September.
The race will take place in a two-lap course on the asphalt of one of the most beautiful plains of the Balearic Islands, the Pla de Sant Mateu. The trial will consist of two categories, 10km and 5000 meters for those not daring to do the full run (these will only do one lap).
The starting gun will be at 9:25 h for the 5000 m run together with the skating event. At 9:30 h the 10km popular race begins.
There's also space for the youngest (from 2 years old), for whom the trial runs will start at 11:00 h.
Club Ibiza Trail maintains its commitment with the environment, so all participants who litter outside the authorized areas will be disqualified without the possibility of any claim.
This year, the Cursa Pla de Sant Mateu will donate 1 euro for each finisher to a charity association.
