The customer shall indemnify and hold the supplier harmless against all actions and claims of third parties and against costs resulting from any act or omission under this agreement. The supplier shall be released from its obligations under this agreement where it fails to perform its obligations due to force majeure, fire, flood or subsidence, mechanical failure, power failure, work stoppage or other industrial action by the supplier or a third party which is directly or indirectly beyond the supplier's control. Ibiza Spotlight is not a party to this agreement and acts as a booking operator only and shall have no liability in respect of these terms, either directly or indirectly.
