Think there's nowhere to stay in Ibiza in winter? Think again. While many hotels close at the end of the main season, a good selection remains open through the colder months, offering everything from stylish town-centre stays to peaceful coastal retreats. Whether you're planning a weekend away or a longer off-season escape, here's where to check in.
In and around Ibiza Town

With its Art Deco-inspired design and retro Miami feel, Ocean Drive Ibiza brings a distinctive style to the waterfront at Marina Botafoch. Views across the harbour towards Dalt Vila are a major draw, while the location puts the restaurants and nightlife around the marina within easy reach. It's perfect for exploring Ibiza Town in the quieter months.

Located on Vara de Rey, the pedestrianised avenue in the heart of Ibiza Town, The Standard, Ibiza is a contemporary, adults-only five-star hotel, offering easy access to the port and the historic streets of Dalt Vila, with their boutiques and cafes. Its restaurant, Jara, is a well-known meeting place for visitors and residents alike.
Virtually next door is the Montesol Experimental Hotel - Ibiza Town's original grand hotel. First opened in 1930, the Montesol is steeped in island history. The 2026 version is stylish and comfy, after many recent makeovers, and guests are guaranteed to be in the centre of city life during the quiet months.

A short walk from the marina and the famous Pacha nightclub, Pacha Hotel is ideal for anyone who wants to stay somewhere close to Ibiza Town's dining and nightlife scene during the quieter months. Its modern rooms and proximity to the club make it a natural choice for visitors who don't want to leave Ibiza's renowned music scene entirely behind when summer ends. The port, Marina Botafoch and the old town are all within easy reach.
Overlooking the sea at Figueretas, the tiny resort between Ibiza Town and Playa d’en Bossa, THB Los Molinos is an adults-only hotel that combines a central location with facilities for a more relaxing break. Guests have access to a heated indoor pool, sauna, massage area and gym, while the seafront setting is within walking distance of Ibiza Town's restaurants, shops and historic quarter.
In and around San Antonio

Perched on the rocky coastline near San Antonio, Hostal La Torre offers a more secluded setting, with sea views and a restaurant known for its sunset-facing location. It's a good choice for a quieter stay, with coastal walks and the coves around Cala Gració nearby. The laid-back atmosphere makes it an appealing spot for taking things slowly, whether over a long lunch or a drink as the sun goes down.
*Please note: Hostal La Torre closes from 9 November to 3 December.*

The brightly decked-out rooms will give you a festive feel in Hotel Puchet. There's free parking, 24-hour reception and a mini-bar in each room. Winter is one of the best times of year to enjoy the sunsets of San Antonio Bay with its purple, pink and orange hues casting a brilliant light on everything around. There's a good number of bars and restaurants open year-round – we doubt you'll be bored.
Also in San Antonio and a bit more on the budget end, there is Hotel Florencio. You get the usual Wi-Fi and air conditioning to keep you warm and there's a restaurant on site. Caló des Moro is the nearest beach or, for a longer walk, go from here towards Cala Gració. San Antonio's sunsets are so beautiful at this time of year; you'll want to see it in winter again.

Tucked away in the countryside outside San Antonio, Can Vistabella Boutique Resort offers a change of pace from the island's busier urban stays. Its intimate setting makes it a good option for couples or anyone looking to spend time among the hills while keeping San Antonio and the west coast within reach. With a peaceful atmosphere and a more rural feel, it's well suited to those looking for a slower winter hideaway.
*Can Vistabella is open over Christmas and New Year, then reopens from mid-February onwards.*
In and around Santa Eulalia
Duquesa Playa in Santa Eulalia offers comfortable apartments with balconies, fully-fitted kitchens and a lounge area. Whilst ideal for self-catered stays, its proximity to Santa Eulalia - where a range of restaurants and bars are open all year - makes it the perfect choice. The beach promenade makes for a lovely winter stroll, and Ibiza Town is reached easily. If all you want to do is stay in and around this town, there are lots of options for things to do nearby.
For one of the most quintessential winter experiences on Ibiza, look no further than the elegant Can Curreu in the hills overlooking the sleepy village of San Carlos. The traditional rural hotel and spa has a choice of unique rooms and suites that will immerse you in the essence of Ibizan country living. The restaurant delivers great cuisine year-round and, for those still craving a little nighttime action, the nearby boutique nightclub, Akasha, remains open for most of the winter.
