From 26 to 28 September, San Antonio will host the very first Ibiza Balloon Festival, bringing a burst of colour, light, and excitement to the island’s skies. Over three unforgettable days, locals and visitors alike can enjoy a packed programme featuring hot air balloon flights, spectacular shows, and fun activities for all ages.
Each morning at sunrise, balloons will take to the skies, offering a serene and breathtaking way to see the island from above as the first rays of sunlight glisten over the Mediterranean. Weather permitting, there will also be a special sunset flight, where the golden glow of the evening sky creates an enchanting and magical backdrop.
The festival’s standout moment will come on the evening of Saturday, 27, with the spectacular Night Glow. During this spellbinding event, the balloons will stay on the ground, glowing brilliantly as their burners light up in sync with music, transforming the night sky into a dazzling display of colour and sound.
With international pilots and teams taking part, the Ibiza Balloon Festival is set to become an annual highlight, drawing visitors from around the world while celebrating local culture and community spirit.
