The island's culinary landscape has welcomed another wave of fresh arrivals in 2026, introducing new flavours, creative concepts and distinctive dining experiences to Ibiza's towns, villages and coastline.
Headlining this year's openings are StreetXO from celebrated chef Dabiz Muñoz, EL CLO's transformation of one of Ibiza's most historic restaurant addresses and Nômade Temple Ibiza's ambitious blend of gastronomy, wellness and culture in the north.
Below is a selection of the season's most notable newcomers, presented alphabetically for easy browsing. Book a table this summer or save a few ideas for future visits. Bon appetit!
4FU3GOS
4FU3GOS at Nômade Temple Ibiza is all about fire-led cooking, fresh Mediterranean ingredients and generous sharing plates. Perched above a secluded Portinatx cove, this relaxed open-air restaurant lets seafood, grilled meats and seasonal produce take centre stage in a sociable setting designed for lingering. Better still, the inviting waters just metres below make a post-lunch dip almost irresistible.
Bambino Ibiza
Bringing a slice of Italy to San Antonio's celebrated Sunset Strip, Bambino Ibiza combines retro-inspired exteriors, easygoing hospitality and a menu rooted in classic Italian comfort food. Expect handmade pasta, generous sharing plates and a lively atmosphere that shifts smoothly from dinner to late-night drinks.
Blau Sand by Ohana
Recently opened on one of Santa Eulalia's prime beachside locations, Blau Sand by Ohana has come to prove that maximum quality, flavour, portion and presentation can be affordable on Ibiza. Definitely one to check out on your next visit. Book a table or sunlounger for breakfast, lunch or dinner and let them know, who recommended them.
Can Secret
Hidden within the grounds of Agroturismo Safragell near San Lorenzo, Can Secret offers a more rural escape. Surrounded by gardens and countryside, the restaurant focuses on contemporary Mediterranean cooking, seasonal produce and a slower pace that feels a world away from the island's busier hotspots.
Casa Club
Part restaurant, part social destination thanks to its location in the Golf Ibiza complex, Casa Club combines dining, music and laid-back daytime living in a stylish setting. Designed around long lunches, sunset drinks and shared experiences, it reflects the growing trend towards venues that blur the lines between restaurant, lounge and club.
Casa del Mar Bonafé
Occupying a prime stretch of Playa d'en Bossa beachfront, Casa del Mar Bonafé blends Mediterranean seafood with Mexican, Peruvian and Nikkei influences. Fresh fish, creative cocktails and a relaxed, barefoot atmosphere make it equally suited to long lunches, sunset drinks and dinners by the sea.
COYA
Part of the gastro firmament at luxury lifestyle complex BLESS Ibiza The Site, COYA presents its contemporary take on Peruvian cuisine, where food, music and inventive mixology share equal billing. Signature ceviches, Nikkei influences and pisco cocktails are complemented by resident DJs, creating an atmospheric beachfront setting that encourages guests to stay on into the night.
EL CLO
One of the island's most anticipated openings, EL CLO breathes new life into the historic former Clodenis site in San Rafael. Set within a 300-year-old finca, its Mex-Med and Nikkei-inspired menu combines ceviches, open-fire cooking and creative cocktails across a series of gardens, courtyards and atmospheric dining spaces, enhanced by immersive visual installations after dark.
Leña Ibiza
The celebrated Andalusian chef Dani García's fire-led steakhouse Leña Ibiza brings premium cuts, generous sharing dishes made with quality produce and innovative cocktails to its stylish Ibiza setting within the luxurious BLESS Ibiza The Site destination. Choose between intimate tables and a spacious terrace overlooking the pool and sea, with DJs adding to the evening atmosphere.
MIRA Lounge Ibiza
Mira Lounge introduces a fresh concept to San Miguel, combining inventive cocktails, Asian-inspired sharing plates and a relaxed living room-style setting. With low sofas, contemporary art, board games and regular Sofa Sessions with local DJs, it's a sociable spot designed for lingering long into the night.
RE.TRO
Located in Marina Village, RE.TRO serves up ember-grilled cooking, Mediterranean sharing plates and quality produce to Ibiza Town's marina district. Surrounded by greenery, it offers a relaxed setting for long, unhurried evenings centred on fire and flavour. Now also open for late breakfast or brunch, it's promising to become a new hotspot in Marina Botafoc area.
StreetXO Ibiza
One of the biggest names to arrive on the island in recent years, StreetXO sees celebrated chef Dabiz Muñoz bring his irreverent street-food-inspired concept to Ibiza. Expect bold flavours, theatrical presentation and dishes drawing inspiration from across Asia, Spain and Latin America.
Salón
Salón pairs authentic Mexican flavours with a relaxed, low-key atmosphere in the heart of San Miguel. Expect superb tacos and tamales, quality mezcal and cocktails, plenty of vegetarian and vegan choices, and genuinely warm hospitality in a beautiful setting that invites you to settle in for the evening.
