Located in the bay of Sant Antonio, next to Monkey Ibiza, Bambino Ibiza is an Italian restaurant and pool club created by Grupo Monkey Ibiza. It combines gastronomy, design and atmosphere within a relaxed Mediterranean setting shaped around long lunches, lounging by the pool, sunset aperitifs and evening meals beside the water.
Open daily from midday until late, Bambino Ibiza draws inspiration from the world-famous Italian concept of dolce vita, bringing together Italian cuisine, cocktails and music in a single stylish space.
The culinary offering focuses on Italian dishes prepared using products sourced directly from Italy. The menu moves between lighter plates, pasta dishes and seafood options, alongside house specialities such as linguine with lemon cream, and tuna tartare. Cocktails also form a central part of the concept, with the dedicated spritzeria serving signature drinks including the Bambino Spritz made with raspberry liqueur, Sicilian lemon and Val d’Oca Prosecco.
Combining Italian/Mediterranean dining with poolside living and sunset views, Bambino Ibiza introduces a more relaxed, open-air addition to Grupo Monkey's growing presence on the island.
