Sonya Dafinova, Terysol's founder, has devoted the past 20 years to practising and developing the art of massage, having originally begun her career as an apprentice chiropractor. Following this, Sonya developed her own wellbeing centres in Bulgaria (2004-2012), Tenerife (2008 till 2019) and Ibiza (2014 till present). She specialises in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sport massage, lymphatic drainage, acupressure, reflexology, Indian head massage and anti-cellulite therapy.
