Located within IBIZA Gallery at luxury lifestyle destination The Site Ibiza, in the resort of Playa d'en Bossa, StreetXO Ibiza introduces the distinctive culinary concept of Dabiz Muñoz, internationally recognised for his multi-Michelin-starred background and reputation for progressive, boundary-pushing cuisine.
Combining global street food with contemporary fine dining, this high-energy, open-kitchen restaurant delivers an interactive experience reflecting the chef’s fast-paced, signature style.
The menu reinterprets Asian, Latin American, and European street food into vibrant shared plates, prioritising contrasting textures, bold flavours, and a progressive dining flow rather than traditional courses.
Complementing the food is AISH, StreetXO’s dedicated cocktail bar concept. Its creative beverage program mirrors the kitchen’s philosophy, featuring thoughtfully layered drinks and striking presentations crafted to pair with the menu’s intense energy.
AREAS
BARRA ROJA (Red Bar):
This is the showcooking bar where guests can dine while watching the chefs prepare the dishes right in front of them. There is NO minimum spend at the bar.
Bookings are only available during restricted times: 19:00 / 19:15 / 19:30 and 23:00 / 23:15 / 23:30; for all other times, seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
STREETXO TERRACE:
On the terrace, there are several tables for up to four people and two tables for up to 10 people. There is a minimum spend for the tables. Bookings can be made at any time.
AISH:
StreetXO's cocktail bar offers a creative range of cocktails. The main AISH area is located on the ground floor, featuring a bar area with high chairs and high tables, as well as sofas. Guests can enjoy a cocktail or other drinks in this area without needing to dine upstairs. Additionally, there is a bar on the terrace with seating, where you can also enjoy drinks without having to dine.
TASTING MENU
Umami Menu: For €120, you can enjoy this tasting menu, which includes a welcome cocktail from AISH and a wide selection of dishes.
Menú del callejón: For €175, you can try a much more comprehensive menu, which also includes a welcome cocktail from AISH alongside a more premium selection of dishes, such as the Solomillo a la Robata Nam Pla Prik or the Chili Crab de Concha Blanda.
