Double shot of Afro House excellence pours into Black Coffee’s weekly line-ups
Afropolitan aficionado Black Coffee returns to his rightful throne atop Saturday nights at Hï Ibiza from 2 May until 3 October for his eighth summer season.
The Grammy Award-winning South African has long made the state-of-the-art Theatre his own, threading tribal sophistication, spiritual depth and pure African heat through every gathering.
Making his residency one of the most consistently revered fixtures in the party calendar, adored by his devotees. But what is a great leader without his loyal tribe?
Across all 23 gatherings, Black Coffee is joined by an equally esteemed DJ roster who circle Afro House, explorative Minimal and tonal Tech House.
Stately names that immediately stand out at first glance include fellow Theatre residents CAMELPHAT, Carlita, Dixon, Kerri Chandler, Dixon and close compadre of the host and former Club Room host, Damian Lazarus (pictured below).

Carrying the torch for the next generation, a strong selection of Afro-influenced selectors step into the spotlight. The likes of Desiree, Fiona Kraft, Salomé Le Chat and Shimza all bring their own worldly interpretations of the sound.
Later in the season, two of Ibiza's most in-demand acts make their appearances. Kaleidoscopic duo ANOTR and the commanding Tech House muscle of Marco Carola both land as highlights not to be missed.
Meanwhile, in the Club Room, Skepta and his Más Tiempo label party is anything but a support act.
The Grime Lord turned DJ, confirms big-gun groovers, Jazzy, Dennis Ferrer, Loco Dice, SG Lewis, HoneyLuv, Ben Sterling, Arielle Free, Syreeta and East End Dubs, with more names TBA.
With a whirlpool of names in the mix, one thing is for sure: no two Saturdays at Hï Ibiza will sound the same. That's exactly why Black Coffee still pulls in the masses, even eight summers in.
