The Forada Festivities in Ibiza are a series of traditional activities organised by the local community living in this picturesque area throughout the year.
The activities kick off on November 11th, celebrating the Festa Pagesa Venda de Forada, featuring traditional games, "ball pagès" (traditional dance), and a popular-priced paella.
The following weekends, sports take centre stage in the program with a Nordic walking march, a cycling event and a stunning hike. The program also includes other typical activities like the traditional Christmas salsa and cake contest will take place and much more.
The main day of the festivities, December 8th, will begin at 12:00 with traditional acts including the mass, followed by a procession and "ball pagès." In the afternoon, the activities continue at the social centre with the family show "Soy el Mago" presented by showsibiza.com. From 19:00 onwards, the group "Esta me la sé" will perform a concert featuring versions of well-known Spanish pop and rock songs from the last twenty years.
