The world-famous Pikes Ibiza recently reinvented its restaurant. Pamelas is an homage to the '70s, harking back to the decade when the Pikes era began. With a bold décor of vibrant pink, gold and mirror balls, Pamelas is kitsch, but all in the best possible taste…

This nostalgic theme continues throughout the menu and the cocktail list. Old, '70s classics are revived, such as a divine Prawn Cocktail, delicious Rhubarb and Custard pudding and the icecream sundae Knickerbocker Glory to end the show! Rub shoulders with some traditional Ibizan dishes that are all served up with a dash of Pikes' famous eccentricity.

For dinner, Pikes' head chef has created a refreshed menu. Meanwhile, Love Food Ibiza's Tess Prince looks after the period referred to as brunch, with separate, but overlapping, breakfast and lunch menus, packed with delicious flavours and nutritional ingredients.

On Sundays, Pikes serve up their world-famous, traditional English style Sunday Roast to finish the week in the right way. Complete with all the trimmings, washed down with a crisp white, a full-bodied red, a blushing rosé or a refreshing cocktail. Amazing food in abundance, whether you’re a carnivore or prefer your roasts a little bit nuts.

Enjoy cocktails from the best-selling 'Pikes Cocktail Book' with an extensive menu of favourites and unique creations.
