The world-famous Pikes Hotel has given its restaurant a new makeover for 2020. Named after a mythical guest who never really checked out, Pamelas is an homage to the 70's, harking back to the decade when the Pikes era began. With a bold décor of vibrant pink, gold and mirror balls, Pamelas is kitsch, but all in the best possible taste…

This nostalgic theme continues throughout the menu and the cocktail list. Old, 70's classics are revived, such as Prawn Cocktail, Rhubarb and Custard, Knickerbocker Glory, rub shoulders with some traditional Ibizan dishes that are all served up with a dash of Pikes' famous eccentricity.

The 2020 menu has been designed by owner Dawn Hindle, with the help of Gordan Ramsey protégé chef, Lee Milne. Mixed together with a poolside session, a selection from the extensive cocktail list, curated by Steve Hughes, and the incredibly popular Sunday Roasts, you have all the ingredients for a perfect dining experience.
