CAN Art Fair Ibiza returns from 25 to 28 June 2026 to celebrate its fifth anniversary, bringing together more than 30 national and international galleries for four days of contemporary art at the FECOEV venue.
Since launching in 2022, the fair has established itself as one of the island's key cultural events and the centrepiece of Ibiza's annual Art Week. This year's edition will once again be curated by Saša Bogojev and feature a predominantly international line-up, with almost 70% of participating galleries arriving from outside Spain.

The celebrations begin well before the fair itself. The OFF Programme opens on 29 May and will run throughout the month until 28 June, extending the cultural calendar with exhibitions, activities and events across the island.
Participation in CAN Art Fair is by invitation only, a distinctive approach that organisers say helps maintain a recognisable artistic identity. Alongside returning sections such as CAN Design, CAN Local and Public Art, the 2026 edition will introduce new surprises while continuing to spotlight both established names and emerging talent.
Among the galleries joining the fair for the first time are Patricia Low Contemporary, Mayoral, Georgina Pounds Gallery, Good Mother Gallery and VERVE. Together with returning exhibitors from Europe, Asia and the Americas, they will contribute to a diverse international spectrum of contemporary artistic practice.

Works by renowned figures including Leonora Carrington and Mario Testino will be presented alongside creations by artists such as Stefan Brüggemann, Erwin Wurm, Javier Ruiz, Ubay Murillo and Savannah Harris.
Reflecting broader trends in contemporary art, this year's edition places increased emphasis on disciplines beyond painting. Textile art, mixed media and sculpture will feature more prominently throughout the fair, highlighting the evolving nature of its curatorial programme.
Selected galleries will showcase artists including Jordan Kerwick, Alice Gavalet, Joel Mesler and Luke Edward Hall through Patricia Low Contemporary, while Solo Projects will feature presentations from galleries such as 1 Mira Madrid, Artizar, Veta by Fer Francés, Carmela, Droste Galladé and Mayoral.
The fair also continues its commitment to strengthening the visibility of artistic activity in Ibiza and the Balearic Islands. Rather than focusing on traditional interpretations of local art, the programme encourages galleries to present works that engage with the island's cultural landscape in fresh and unexpected ways.

International participation remains a defining characteristic of CAN Art Fair. This year's programme includes Shanghai's Cubism Art Space, representing a new generation of Chinese contemporary artists, alongside galleries from countries including Romania, Mexico and Switzerland.
Now firmly established on the international art calendar, CAN Art Fair Ibiza combines contemporary culture with the island's wider appeal, attracting collectors, galleries, artists and visitors from around the world while helping position Ibiza as an increasingly important destination for contemporary art.
