Island Hospitality's love letter to Ibiza Town, Portside gets a reload with an unprecedented second date in 2026. This time, a new combination of Chinois Ibiza residents front the open-air party on Friday 11 September.
Since 2023, we've grown accustomed to Portside taking place in June at the start of summer. We thought we'd have to wait until 2027 for the next instalment, but the organisers have surprised us with a bonus edition.
Whereas the last two Portside's have been headlined by Bedouin and Luciano, this week's will be presided over by Major League DJz and Mahmut Orhan. That means, the music policy with lean more into Afro and Latin House.
Melanie Ribbe, Manu Gonzalez and Andrea Lane are the DJs on support.
Portside runs from 18:00 until 23:59 and is completely free to attend. You are welcome to arrive at anytime you like, without the need to register interest. Just turn up, dance and share the love.
As always, the event takes place in the port area, alongside the many bars that line the street. Many of them will be setting up kiosks to serve drinks at curbside.
Bringing your own drinks is largely discouraged.
The idea behind Portside is to support the local businesses in the area after several years of hardship and challenging market forces.

The other thing we ask is that litter is disposed of responsibly. Everyone should adopt a "leave no trace" mindset. Doing so ensures the goodwill of the local community and council, thus securing Portside for the future. Extra waste disposal points will be in place for the duration.
When Portside finishes at midnight, you are free to return to your home or hotel, but we strongly suspect you'll have the bug to carry on into the night.
Head to our party calendar to plan your onward itinerary.
Naturally, the obvious and most convenient choice would be to hit the dancefloor at nearby Chinois Ibiza for Major League DJz's Echoes of Tomorrow residency. Only a short walk (or even quicker taxi ride) away, Chinois is located in glitzy Ibiza Marina on the opposite side.
Major League DJz and Mahmut Orhan are joined by Alan Dixon on the night.
Portside is free and does not require a ticket. For tickets to Chinois Ibiza afterwards and for all remaining Fridays in 2026, see below.
