Twin brothers Bandile and Banele Mbere AKA Major League DJz are embarking on a brand new residency in summer 2026. The South African duo are setting up shop at Chinois Ibiza in the marina for a powerful 21-week immersion through the annals of Afro House and future-forward sounds called Echoes of Tomorrow.
Bringing hypnotic grooves, tribal energy and special guests from across the international scene, Echoes of Tomorrow positions Ibiza as a convergence point between continents, cultures and sound. At the heart of the experience stands the Mask of Africa - the powerful symbol that has become the duo's anchor and a global emblem of African dance music.
This summer, the mask finds a new home on Ibiza, carrying the spirit, rhythm and cultural energy of the continent onto one of the island's most understated dancefloors.
From Johannesburg to Ibiza, this residency marks a pivotal moment for Major League DJz and for African electronic music, as they continue to rise to the fore.
