Diverespai - children's fun fair in Recinto Ferial
Every day until 3 January 2026, from 10:30
The giant indoor children's fun fair, Diverespai, returns to Ibiza's exhibition hall. Spanning 5,000 sq m, it features 12 inflatable attractions, toy libraries, and creative workshops for face painting, Christmas crafts, and cookie decorating. Open 10:30–14:00 & 17:00–20:30, with special hours for 1 Jan (afternoon only).
New Year's dive at Las Salinas beach
Thursday 1 January, from 12:00
Welcome 2026 with the island's most fun annual tradition: the community swim at Salinas beach. Everyone is invited: bring the family, friends, and even the dog (under supervision). Late risers will be pleased to know that these invigorating dips are scheduled at 12:00, 13:00, and 14:00.
This is a strictly plastic-free event. Please do not bring any disposable plastic plates, cups, or cutlery, and ensure you take all your rubbish with you.

Community kayak excursion
Thursday 1 Jan, from 11:00, and every Sunday from 4 Jan, from 10:00
Kayak Ibiza offer community kayaking on Sundays and during the winter holidays, a great way to explore different locations around the island as every week they depart from somewhere new. Enjoy the beaches and sea in their calm natural states!
The excursions are adapted to beginners and those with more skills. They use sit-inside sea kayaks to stay nice and dry.
Ballet | Swan Lake
Friday 2 January, from 20:00
Savour the spectacle of the world-famous International Ballet Company, who return to Ibiza's Palacio de Congresos with the timeless classic "Swan Lake," featuring Tchaikovsky's iconic score and acclaimed soloists Cristina Terentiev and Alexandru Balan.
Eivissa Daurada concerts
Friday 2 Jan, 2026, from 20:00
The first Ibiza candlelit concert of 2026 takes place at the cinema Cine Regio in San Antonio. Eivissa Daurada will feature local musicians, including Ramsés Puente (violin), Carlos Vesperinas (cello), Samuel Pérez (piano) and Joan Carles Marí (percussion), performing emotionally rich pieces, with soundtracks and unforgettable melodies that celebrate the spirit of this special time.
Winter walks on the wild side

Balearic Outdoor Adventures are offering this open group hike to the Torres d’en Lluc. Setting off at 10:30, this 3-hour medium difficulty walk is a fantastic way of getting to know the island with local experts, and also to meet new people.
Three Kings parades on Ibiza
5 & 6 January (specific times in link)
On 5 January, towns across Ibiza celebrate the magical Three Kings Parade, the main gift-giving event of the Spanish festive season. The kings ride through the streets in a vibrant evening spectacle, tossing sweets to excited children in a time-honoured tradition that's a treat for families and visitors alike.
Ibicine Film Festival- short films
7, 14, 21 January, from 19:00
Can Ventosa Cultural Centre is the venue for the Ibicine Film Festival, which promotes local filmmaking on the island. One for cinema buffs and budding moviemakers.
5K Race Playa d'en Bossa
Sunday 11 January, from 09:00
Set against the impressive coastal backdrop of Playa d'en Bossa, this popular annual road race is organised by Ibiza Athletics Club. It is a two-lap flat race with long straights that is open to all runners over the age of 16. Open to Sub, Senior and Master categories.
Guided biking tours
11 & 24 January, from 10:00
Part of the winter series of cycle-tourism events organised by the Sports Board of Ibiza, these fun bike tours allow participants to enjoy the rural scenery while exercising in the company of friends and family. Entrance is just €5.

Classical music concerts in San Antonio
Saturday 24 January, from 21:00
Taking place in San Antonio church, this month's edition of the popular classical music series Ones de Llum features Assumpció Janer (harp), Ramsés Puente (violin) and Carlos Vesperinas (cello), with the collaboration of soprano Isabel Albaladejo. The repertoire will include works by Saint-Saëns, Massenet, Monteverdi, Händel and Bach, among others, along with selected opera arias.
Pujada Puig de Missa - races for children and adults
Sunday 25 January, from 10:00
Whether runners opt for the shorter sprint distances or longer races, there's no question that the final stretch up to the town's iconic church will push them to the limit! Organised by Santa Eulalia Town Council, this race to the top of the church hill is open to infants, children and adults.
Markets
After the first weekend of January, the famous hippy market, Las Dalias, in the village of San Carlos, will close until February. The car boot sale in the village of San Jordi, situated between Ibiza Town and the airport, takes place every Saturday throughout winter. The San Juan artisan market will remain open on Sundays throughout winter on a reduced scale.
