Colourful and lively market which takes over almost every street in the small village of San Juan. Specialising in organic produce, home-made food and drinks and artisan crafts, with good quality trinkets, jewellery and clothes too.

Additionally, many artists showcase their work in a special area behind the church, with paintings, sculptures and more. From midday, live bands play on the stairs of the village square. There is a good choice of local restaurants and bars as well as some more upmarket ones.

The market is very popular with island residents and holidaymakers alike; it is quite large and well worth a visit.

Where: On the village square and in the pedestrianised streets around the church of the charming village of San Juan in the north of the island.

When: All year, every Sunday from 09:00-16:00

Parking: There is a large parking area at the northern end of the village. You need to drive right through, when coming from the southern end. Assistants in yellow vests guide you to free parking spots.
