Can Secret, the restaurant at Agroturismo Safragell in Sant Lorenzo, has refreshed its summer menu with a series of lighter dishes focused on seasonal produce, the estate's vegetable garden and Mediterranean flavours.
Among the new dishes is a Marcona almond and melon ajoblanco with red prawn tartare and osmotised melon. Others include:
Vegetable and greens cocktail with beetroot emulsion and basil ice cream
Ibizan pulled pork brioche with house pickles and saffron mayonnaise.

For dessert, light coconut cream comes with mango sorbet and figs grown on the estate.
The restaurant's existing offerings range from corvina ceviche with roasted sweet potato and apple, alongside vegetable dishes such as aubergine with rocket and kale pesto.
For those wanting to sample more of the kitchen, the new five-course tasting menu includes savoury courses and a dessert for €50 per person, excluding drinks. Wines are available by the glass or half-glass, while the team can also pair dishes with selected monovarietal extra virgin olive oils.
Can Secret states that around half of its dishes are suitable for vegetarians or vegans, while 90 percent of the menu is gluten-free.
The experience can be extended beyond the restaurant through Agroturismo Safragell's day pass, which provides access to the pool and sun loungers without requiring an overnight stay. Subject to availability and advance reservation, guests can spend the day among the estate's gardens and Mediterranean surroundings before settling in for lunch or dinner at Can Secret.
