Steve Lawler selects his Octan Warriors

Here are the names playing the Basement on Sundays.

Fresh off the back of yesterday's news about Planet Claire and our interview with Phil & Ryan, we have more exciting things to report from Octan. The return everybody's talking about: Warriors takes back its coveted Sunday slot in Playa d'en Bossa. Now the line-ups are out.

Get those bandanas at the ready. Gang leader Steve Lawler is locked in for all seven events.

Two dates that instantly stand-out, are the mid-July dates, where Darius Syrossian will make both an emotional return to Warriors and the former Sankeys site. It's no secret that Darius holds a soft spot for The Basement.

Much of the reputation he is known for today was forged in that room at that party. Catch his return on 14 and 21 July. The latter of which has a real VIVa Music vibe, with Detlef and Anek both along for the ride.

By the time Apollonia begin Planet Claire next door in The Lab on 28 July, Yousef and Joey Daniel are the big guests. Though it must be said, we really rate Gonçalo and Iglesias as well - so make sure you get along early to catch these guys.

The date that falls on the first weekend in August - always the busiest few days of the whole summer - sees Octan resident Kellie Allen join the fracas, alongside another leading lady Cassy.

The following week is again looking tasty. Robert Surace - early-front-runner for track of the summer with Joys - is down. Liverpudlian dub techno star, Lauren Lo Sung and a second appearance from Ben Sterling add further quality.

However, we're most excited to see East End Dubs unleashed down in that sweaty basement under the neon lights. There's scarcely a better match on paper.

For the closing party on 18 August, Lawler brings Anek back with FUSE's Rich NxT, elrow's De La Swing and a special guest to be announced. Who could it be?

Otherwise, we think Ejeca's appearance on 14 July is definitely worth checking out, seeing as he plays Ibiza so infrequently.

Warriors come out to play on Sunday 7 July for the venue's opening party. The previously announced line-up includes Enzo Siragusa, Guti (live), Seb Zito and Ben Stirling, headed-up by Steve Lawler.

All line-ups can be viewed below, along with tickets for each show in the series.
