Fresh off the back of releasing GU49 Dublin earlier this year, compilers and mixers Deep Dish (pictured above) are set to headline Global Underground at 528 Ibiza on Thursday 1 October.
It has been 25 years since the double-act of Ali Shirazinia (AKA Dubfire) and Sharam made their lauded first entry into the series, GU21 Moscow.
Since then, they've spent the majority of their professional time focusing on their individual projects, only occasionally reforming to tour. But 2026 is definitely a year we've had more Deep Dish shows than normal.
After dates at Chinois Ibiza, Cova Santa and Ibiza Global Festival, 528 Ibiza could be the biggest island appearance of the entire season.
They are joined on the outdoor Garden Stage by Progressive House maestro Guy J.

Then, after dark, the action moves inside to the on-site club where the party continues between 23:00 and 04:00. Patrice Bäumel, James Zabiela and Dave Seaman are in charge of the nighttime leg.
Frankly, that feels like a perfectly executed line-up in its own right. Global Underground offering two clubbing experiences for the price of one. First outside in the Balearic wilderness and then within the intimate confines of the club.
Between them, they've contributed to five mixes in the series (four from Dave alone!) In fact, James Zabiela is currently the odd-man out. Surely, he's front of the queue for future editions.
The end of September and start of October period is considered by many the best time to visit Ibiza. Adored by residents and repeat travellers for its comfortable climate and affordable costs, it's the ideal time to celebrate Global Underground's thirtieth Anniversary.
