Global Underground may be ostensibly a record label and platform, but such has been its impact, those tags downplay its significant cultural footprint. In 2026, it arrives at 528 Ibiza for a very special one-off showcase featuring many of the decorated names who have build its reputation.
Widely regarded as one of the most seminal series in the history of electronic music, GU takes pride of place in most fans of the '90s and early Noughties collection. Even in the digital era, they continue to be collector's items, exchanging hands for tidy sums of money.
The label is best known for its iconic City Series, which stands as a comprehensive archive of the world's most prominent DJs performing in legendary clubbing locations such as Berlin, New York, Tokyo, Buenos Aires and, naturally, Ibiza.
These acclaimed mixes pair groundbreaking storytelling, journeying sets and iconic music with expansive editorial, cover notes and original photography.
