Five years after inception, Modern Funktion lands on Ibiza in 2026. As part of a Europe-wide anniversary tour that sees the brand visit Amsterdam, Barcelona, Croatia, Italy, Malta and Manchester, the London outfit takes over 528 Ibiza for a pair of Sunday shows in the first half of the season.
Modern Funktion is a party from the people to the people. Pushing local talent to the forefront, whilst driving underground House music and its culture forward, the party seeks to maintain the vibe on the dancefloor by encouraging all attendees to observe its rules. They include respect for all, promoting a judgement-free attitude and a strict photography-free policy on the dancefloor.
Modern Funktion's primary principle is simple: to create culture by building the next generation of dance music.
