One of this summer’s most anticipated new dining concepts marked its official opening last night with a high-energy launch event attended by three-time World’s Best Chef Dabiz Muñoz and more than 200 guests from Ibiza’s cosmopolitan social and business scene.
StreetXO Ibiza, which opened its doors on 1 June, brings Muñoz’s signature boundary-pushing style to the island. The event offered guests an immersive introduction to the concept, with live cooking, theatrical presentation and a menu built around the bold, unexpected flavour combinations that are his hallmark.

Held at The Site Ibiza - the brand new lifestyle complex developed by Palladium Hotel Group in Playa d'en Bossa - within IBIZA Gallery, the opening reinforced the destination’s growing reputation as a pioneering hub that unites hospitality, gastronomy, art, and retail in one location.
Guests experienced the full StreetXO universe, moving between the energetic Food Bar, the open kitchen centrepiece of the venue, and the newly created Terrace and AISH cocktail bar. The atmosphere combined high-volume energy with immersive dining theatre, a hallmark of Dabiz Muñoz’s globally recognised approach.

Signature dishes served on the night included La Pedroche croquette nigiri, tako octopus and pork belly Bo ssam, alongside cocktails such as DiverXO Liquid Madrizzzz 100% and Blood XO, reflecting the restaurant’s flamboyant approach to cuisine.
Speaking at the event, Muñoz stated "Ibiza was made for StreetXO, and StreetXO was made for Ibiza. StreetXO Ibiza is for people who want a different experience, who want to eat well, who want to have an incredible time, and who want to go somewhere that has no equal anywhere else in the world."
StreetXO Ibiza draws on the unique spirit of its Madrid flagship. At the same time, it has adapted to its island setting by creating three distinct spaces designed to evolve throughout the gastronomic experience: the Food Bar, the Terrace and the AISH cocktail bar, which extends the brand’s theatrical approach into mixology.
Dabiz Muñoz, who holds four Michelin stars across his restaurants, is famed for his non-conformist culinary style and his drive to challenge traditional fine dining conventions. With StreetXO Ibiza, that philosophy is now firmly embedded in one of the island’s most high-profile new openings.
