La Troya returns to Chinois Ibiza after one summer away
Created by the much-loved promoter Brasilio de Oliveira and always guaranteeing the wildest of times, La Troya, outrageous host Baby Marcelo and their revue entourage return to Chinois Ibiza. After a year away, they are back on Monday nights to wreak havoc once more.
Regardless of sexual orientation, everybody is welcomed for a summer of incredible music from household names from 25 May until 5 October.
There's also a healthy dose of NYC originators and two of House music's founding fathers in David Morales and Todd Terry. Things are mixed up further, with Toolroom Records boss Mark Knight and In The Mood's Lebanese icon Nicole Moudaber both adding further clout.
Needless to say, there's an array of talent from the LGBTQIA community represented. Outspoken podcaster and author Fat Tony, Hannah Wants, Horse Meat Disco, Guy Williams, Jodie Harsh and TV host and body image activist Gok Wan all have dates
There's even room for a Spice Girl: Melanie C continues her love affair with the island.
Away from the guest acts, resident Oscar Colorado, Davina Moss' sexy Tech House, Felix da Funk's eclectic mélange of groovy styles and Spain's Wally Lopez boundless energy mean that the party is in very good hands.
For the uninitiated, La Troya promises escapism, high energy authenticity, joyously letting loose and absolutely no pretension.
After three summers at Chinois between 2022 and 2024, La Troya spent last year at Playa Soleil. We always felt like Chinois was the perfect fit, so we couldn't be more thrilled that it has performed a U-turn and finds itself back in Ibiza Marina for the forthcoming season.
