If you're not already in the know, one of the best reasons to head out to the island during Ibiza's early May is Pacha’s run of one-off pre-season parties. Many of them dispense with the typical Ibiza formula of stacked bills and feature all night long sets from the biggest DJs in the world.
Before the full summer madness and weekly residencies take over, the club offers you some pretty rare chances to catch some of your favourite DJs stretched out with uninterrupted, extended sets. Something that is pretty hard to come by once peak season arrives.
Over the years, these marathon cherry-glazed sessions have seen the likes of KEINEMUSIK, ANOTR, Dixon, Roger Sanchez, Franky Rizardo and Miguelle & Tons take control of the booth until sunrise. And it looks like this year is headed in a similar direction.
The latest date to drop in Pacha’s pre-season calendar lands on Sunday 3 May, as it gets the island warmed up with an all-nighter from German wizard Loco Dice.
Dice is no stranger to Pacha. He’s pulled off many ANL sessions over summers gone by, and knows exactly how to command the dancefloor of the famous institution.
With long-standing ties to the island that stretch back over two decades, the underground legend is famed for unforgettable extended sets that delve into every corner of the underground.
An artist who prefers to opt out of the full Ibiza residency spotlight nowadays, his appearances during the summer are to be treasured. So, if you want to experience the real Dice dynamo, then this all night long session is where it's at. We'll be rollin' double sixes until dawn...
