You asked and it duly delivered: RESISTANCE slams down nine weeks of line-ups for peak-season Wednesdays at Amnesia. You'd better believe, they are looking fire!
More than fifty heavyweights from the Techno universe have been booked to play between 23 July and 17 September.
Headline residents Adam Beyer and ARTBAT line-up alongside one another on the Terraza at the opening party. The former links with Mau P for his first back-to-back of the series. Next door, Mathame, Eli Brown and KOROLOVA get the nod in the Main Room.
Week two sees Beyer switch to the Main Room, joined by Ilario Alicante and Anfisa Letyago. Meanwhile, ARTBAT get their first b2b with Gordo under their belt and Stephan Bodzin (pictured below) presents his live show.
Week three is Richie Hawtin's headline date. Other names on the Terraza include Beyer, Joris Voorn and islander Anna Tur. ARTBAT, KOROLOVA and Deep Dish (Dubfire & Sharam Jey) stack-up in the other room.
Week four features lots of artists from the Afterlife Records camp, with Mind Against, Chris Avantgarde, Innellea and Olympe split between both rooms and supporting out team of resident DJs, plus Maceo Plex and ANNA. It might be our pick of the whole lot.
At the halfway point, RESISTANCE hosts the world exclusive b2b between ARTBAT and Hardwell, which marks the Dutch superstar's only Ibiza performance this year.
Sasha & John Digweed (pictured below) make their only appearance in the Main Room in week six, when Juliet Fox also set to play. Argy and Joris Voorn are drafted in alongside the residents on the Terraza.
Beyer goes b2b with his protege Layton Giordani in week seven, with Ida Engberg and Weska the other guests on the Terraza. ARTBAT have a b2b of their own with Kölsch and Fideles
The penultimate week has a real Drumcode-feel in the Main Room. Label alumni Eli Brown, Ilario Alicante, Alan Fitzpatrick, Oscar L and Mha Iri all support the boss at the top of the billing.
Finally, at the closing party, RESISTANCE bows out in style.
Not only do Beyer, ARTBAT and Vintage Culture all play solo sets, they combine for a back-to-back-to-back to close out the season. Mind Against, Chris Avantgarde, Olympe, Colyn, Massano and Kitty Amor complete the names.
