With its climate, landscape and beautiful sea, many families flock to Ibiza to enjoy some Balearic bliss. It's a popular holiday destination for families large and small, whether you have young kids or older ones.
Once on the island, there are a wide range of activities on both land and water to keep everyone entertained.
Here is our selection of some of the best ones for you and the family to enjoy the island to the max.
Beach Hop Cruise
San Antonio

Visit some of the finest beaches of San Antonio Bay and discover the surrounding islands and caves on a Beach Hop Cruise. Board your glass-bottomed boat in San Antonio and set off for a leisurely cruise to Cala Bassa and Cala Conta beaches to splash around in the warm, shallow waters.
For added fun, have a go with the water toys when the boat stops out at sea. Choose between a daytime or sunset cruise.
Coasteering
San Antonio and Santa Eulalia

For an adrenaline rush you and the family will remember, check out Coasteering Ibiza. Swim, scramble and leap along the coastline near San Antonio or Santa Eulalia, exploring hidden coves and ancient rock formations on a guided adventure that showcases Ibiza's wild, unspoiled natural beauty.
Star Boats
San Antonio

Star Boats Ibiza is the perfect way to enjoy a family day sailing in the crystalline waters of the west coast of Ibiza. You'll be your own captain, and can rent these little boats either for a full day or half a day. No license is necessary.
Kids will love the intimacy and feel the spirit of adventure as you discover picturesque bays, rugged coastlines and mysterious caves.
Acrobosc Ibiza Climbing Park
Santa Eulalia

Located amid the pine trees near Santa Eulalia is Acrobosc Climbing Park. The climbing parkour requires perseverance, mental aptitude and endurance to complete. With three circuits there are options for everyone from ages three upwards. Navigate a variety of obstacles, including tightropes, zip slides and cargo nets. This is two and a half hours of adrenaline-filled fun, regardless of how old you are.
Tourist Train Es Caná
Es Caná, Portinatx and Puerto de San Miguel

There's simply no better way to admire Ibiza's gorgeous natural scenery than to take one of the guided excursions on a Tourist Train. It's a fun-packed rural ride through the hills, valleys and woods of the northeast, in the expert hands of your driver. En route, you and the youngsters will enjoy the views of the typical Mediterranean landscape, the refreshing breeze and the scent of pine trees!
Trains depart from Santa Eulalia, Cala Llonga, Es Caná, Es Figueral, Portinatx and Puerto San Miguel.
Aquarium Cap Blanc
San Antonio

At Aquarium Cap Blanc, natural limestone caves have been turned into a living, breathing aquarium. In several pools you can observe, close-up, much of the marine wildlife that inhabits the waters around Ibiza and Formentera. Fishes, rays, sharks, octopuses and even the occasional turtle. Here the bar and sea view just adds to this small place as an attraction.
Our tip: a fun way to get there is on the Captain Nemo boat, tickets include the entry fee to the caves and children under seven don't pay.
Candle making workshop
Ibiza Town

Perhaps not the activity you imagined doing on Ibiza, but definitely one that will bring back warm memories when back home. These regular 90-minute candle workshops take place in Velas de Ibiza's shop in Ibiza Town and include all materials so you can take home your handcrafted scented candle in its premium packaging. Also a nice gift for your bestie at home.
E-Bike Experiences
In the north

Joining one of Ibiza Outdoor’s guided e-Bike tours gives you the opportunity to see more of Ibiza, while enjoying a fun ride through breathtaking scenery. Along the way, there is plenty of time for photo stops, a swim in the sea and a refreshing drink on the beach.
Kayak and Stand Up Paddle
Es Figueral

Combine pleasure and some sporty activity and enjoy some of Ibiza's most beautiful coastline with Kayak Ibiza and their chilled family fun vibe.
Children either actively participate or are seated in the middle to enjoy the beauty of these safe waters. With stops for snorkelling along the way there's plenty to discover.
