Easter Parade

14-17 April

One of the quintessentially Spanish Easter traditions is its Easter processions, and Ibiza has its own unique take on them. Devout locals don their colourful Nazarene attire and wend their way down from the Cathedral at the top of the Old Town through the narrow, winding streets of the ancient walled citadel bearing religious regalia. Don’t miss the opportunity to witness this centuries-old example of Ibizan folklore. The key dates are Maundy Thursday 14 April and Good Friday 15 April.

BEACH CLUB Openings

In April 2022, a plethora of Ibiza’s finest restaurants and beach clubs are opening.

Saturday 9 April sees the opening of Nassau Beach Club. Famed for its top-notch gastronomy, mouth-watering cocktails and great music, Nassau is one of the island’s leading beachside venues. Their openings are always hugely popular, so make sure and reserve your place now for what promises to be an unmissable event.

The following weekend marks the opening of another of Playa d'en Bossa’s leading lights, Tanit Beach Ibiza. This year’s opening promises to be special under the musical direction of those masters of disco-flavoured house, Melon Bomb on Friday 15 April.

Located in Cala Nova near San Carlos, Aiyanna Ibiza Restaurant, which offers fine dining and oodles of ambiance in a breath-taking setting, opens its doors on 28 April.
