The annual event is back to spice up Thursday nights.

Thursdays won't be the same again as Pintxa San Antonio 2019 rides back into town to spice up Thursday nights.

Yes everyone, it's time for great value pinchos or tapas with a drink in over 29 venues in and around San Antonio.

Starting this Thursday 14 March, the 11th edition of the event will run each week for over a month ending on 18 April, with each venue offering a different selection of yummy eats.

Eating tapas and pinchos the Spanish way could not be easier; the tradition is to to bar hop choosing a bite to eat and a drink in as many different places as possible.

If you don't feel like walking, then get the mini-train, which returns this year, to whisk you from venue to venue.

As well as typical and traditional tapas from Ibiza and Spain, this year the cuisines of Venezuela, Peru, India, The Philippines and Mexico are on the menu plus lots of new venues are taking part

Each eaterie is also offering its own signature caprincho for those that need a bigger bite with dishes like Iberico pork with carob sauce or langoustine ceviche.

For as little as €2.50 for a pincho or €4.50 for a tapas, both with a drink, you'll fill up easily. Caprinchos are all individually priced, so check before you order.

This year's venues include Es Nautic, Bésame Canalla, Rita's Cantina, Mudita, Golden Buddha, The Social and Mar 5 - El Reencuentro.

There's a great selection of savoury, sweet, vegan and vegetarian dishes all offered from midday to midnight, dependent on the venue.

Simply check out the full Pintxa San Antonio programme to see each venue's opening times, a bus route map and details of the caprinchos on offer.
