Go-Kart Gran Prix

Part of the Sta Ines fiesta, downhill racing in home-made carts, attracting entries from the mainland also. Many original designs to raise a smile but the fastest wins. The programme is as follows : 1st Feb at 8pm the carts will be on display & examined to make sure they conform to the rules (in the town square). On the 2nd Feb from 3pm to 6pm the carts are allowed to practice on the course (downhill to the beach at Cala Salada) On Sunday 3rd Feb between 10am & 2pm - the timed runs take place! A fun day for participants & specatators alike.
