Amnesia Ibiza is a club of legacy. One that's deeply connected with the island's heritage and history of clubbing. Aside from the introduction of a certain roof (controversial at the time!), it has remained structurally unchanged since it opened in 1976.
Maybe that's why it still feels like authentic Ibiza? You know what they say; if it ain't broke, don't fix it - and there's no danger of Amnesia meddling with this tried-and-tested winning formula.
Whilst we're on the subject, that 1976 opening means that Amnesia is celebrating its grand fiftieth anniversary in 2026, becoming the latest of the island's super-clubs to achieve the landmark.
From Cocoon to Cream, Matinée to Foam & Diamonds, over the last five decades, it has hosted some of the most iconic residencies in Ibiza folklore.
As it enters its fiftieth year, as one of the world’s most famous clubbing institutions, it begins the season with some sweeping changes to deliver one of its most comprehensive programmes in living memory. Amnesia is back! Let's take a closer look at what's happening.

***NEW*** Kettama presents Steel City | Mondays
1 June to 27 July
Although Kettama spent last year on Monday nights at Amnesia alongside Ben Hemsley, this year he steps out on his own to front Steel City - a label he has history with. During the first half of summer, you can catch the dishy Irishman delivering his future-forward take on Rave.
Assembling one of the most diverse line-ups at any of the island's super-club in 2026, Kettama is joined by DJ Heartstring, Partiboi69, Nia Archives, Bullet Tooth, Silva Bumpa and VTSS.
The range of music on offer is vast, but don't expect much subtlety. Regardless of the exact genre classification, Mondays are reserved exclusively for high-octane club music made for the dancefloor. Bring your energy.
Music policy: Future Rave

***NEW*** Joseph Capriati presents Metamorfosi | Tuesdays
30 June to 29 September
Last year, Joseph Capriati shocked everybody by ending many years of association with Amnesia by switching allegiance to Hï Ibiza. Well, it seems like there's been a change of heart and any rift in the relationship has healed.
In 2026, JCap comes home for the next chapter of Metamorfosi. All of a sudden, the universe feels balanced again.
For many, Capriati and Amnesia go hand-in-hand. Their brief split over serves to add further weight for the impending reunion. In Amnesia's fiftieth year, it was only right to put pride to one side, bury the hatchet and turn a new leaf. It's going to be emotional.
Both rooms will be in operation, again distilling into Tech on the Terraza and Techno in the Main Room.
Music policy: Tech House, Techno

RESISTANCE | Wednesdays
22 July to 16 September
For peak season, Ultra's underground movement RESISTANCE returns for its second summer at Amnesia and its fifth on the island overall.
Last year, RESISTANCE made up for a five absence with an emphatic return. This year, Adam Beyer is back on a weekly basis as headline resident, assisted by three dates each for ARTBAT, Boris Brejcha and Eric Prydz. The latter has not played Amnesia since 2015.
Other acts showing up throughout summer include KOROLOVA, Massano, Maceo Plex, Mind Against, Nicole Moudaber, Sasha & John Digweed and Stephan Bodzin (live). Artists aside, RESISTANCE is tech-heavy with some pretty futuristic production.
Music policy: Progressive Techno, Melodic Techno

***NEW*** Josh Baker presents You&Me | Thursdays
2 July to 1 October
Josh Baker was one of the standout performers of summer 2025 and many of his highlights took place at Amnesia. He's been duly rewarded for his efforts as he's handed Thursday nights for a summer-long residency under his increasingly popular brand You&Me.
Ahead of the season, Josh and his team spoke at International Music Summit (IMS) conference about his "overnight" success ten years in the making! As well as being devoted to his craft musically, Josh has a business savvy head on his shoulders.
The move to launch a full summer residency has been a long-time coming, but it's also far from impulsive. It has been methodically planned and, naturally, it was always going to be Amnesia.
Music policy: Deep-Tech, Tech House

***NEW*** Rememberland | Fridays
15 May to 9 October, 19:30 to 23:30
Friday evenings have long been the domain of guilty pleasure promotion Children of the 80s, but since Hard Rock Hotel rebranded to BLESS Ibiza The Site, it looked like the writing was on the wall for this very popular Spanish fiesta.
Maybe we shouldn't have been so quick to sign the death certificate...
COT80s might be no more, but its resident DJ crew of Dream Team and La Movida plus the old animation team resurrect under the banner of Rememberland, to bring you more nostalgia-tinged fun. The name is new - and so is the home, as it lands at Amnesia for a new era.
Each edition will be loaded with tunes and singers from yesterday that you'll not only love, but recall all the words to. In fact, it makes it the ideal warm-up for Friday nights at Amnesia, which are...
Music policy: Pop, Eurodance

***NEW*** Glitterbox | Fridays
15 May to 9 October, 23:30 - 06:00
Uniting generations of music lovers and Disco devotees, Glitterbox has found a new home for 2026. After a decade plus in Playa d'en Bossa, its pastures new as the disco odyssey switches to Amnesia. While the setting may be different, nothing much else will change.
Honouring the roots and culture at the heart of the scene, it's the safe-space where marginalised communities and the mainstream converge.
Launching on the island in 2013, Glitterbox's arrival heralded the start of a new strategy for Defected, which split its audience into two categories: entry-level and seasoned. Expect unbeatable energy, packed dancefloors, a tolerant mentality and unforgettable moments.
Music policy: House, Disco, Funky House

BRESH | Saturdays
7 June to 20 September
South American export BRESH has now claimed Amnesia's coveted Saturday night slot as its own. Originally a local sensation, the Argentinian party phenomenon has become one of the most popular and talked-about parties among young people across Latin America.
In a short time, the infectious energy of BRESH has gone viral in countries like the USA, Italy, Puerto Rico, Ecuador, Colombia, Mexico, Uruguay, and of course, Ibiza, where it has left a lasting impression in recent years. Especially with the locals.
Celebrating Reggaeton and other Spanish-language genres, BRESH is all about connection and colour, complete with outrageous stage performances and feel-good chaos on the dancefloor.
Music policy: Reggaeton, Pop, Trap

Pyramid | Sundays
14 June to 4 October
One party that's become part of Ibiza's DNA is Amnesia's in-house Pyramid. Represented by the club's iconic logo, Pyramid has firmly established itself as a staple of the island's club scene. It's a destination for those seeking the very best in non-commercial House and Techno.
This signature Amnesia night consistently attracts many of the world’s leading underground DJs. While the Terraza leans into House and Tech House sounds, the Main Room is where the heavier side of Techno takes over.
Just as we've come to expect from past years, 2026's line-up features an impressive roster of talent. Deborah de Luca, Fatima Hajji and Nina Kraviz can be found in the Main Room, while Ricardo Villalobos, Ro-Minimal proponents and other similar DJs lord over the Terraza.
Music policy: Tech House, Techno, Minimal

Do Not Sleep
14 May to 3 June (Thursdays) and 9 to 23 June (Tuesdays)
Before Josh Baker and Joseph Capriati kick off, Do Not Sleep keeps the midweek seat warm from mid-May to the end of June. Island-based Electric Ibiza’s very own party-turned-record labellooks after The Terrace, programming some tip-top sessions.
The kind of party you shouldn't sleep on!
Music policy: Tech House, Deep-Tech
When does it all start?
Although Amnesia got underway with a Pyramid Special over IMS weekend, it officially opens its doors with a marathon Opening Party on Saturday 9 May. Already SOLD OUT, its popularity is indicative of being a cornerstone of the calendar.
If you missed out - or maybe if you just want to start the party early - the official Pre-Party is happening at sister-venue Cova Santa from 17:00, stretching the total run time to well over 18-hours of near continuous dancing.
Obskür, Richy Ahmed and JFox supply the tunes and entry includes a free shuttle bus transfer to Amnesia afterwards.

During this monumental year, there are other goodies planned, as Amnesia programmes some very exciting standalone parties. Keep your eyes peeled for a separate feature looking at those one-offs.
You can find tickets for the above parties by visiting our Amnesia page or our party calendar.
