About Pacha's Grand Opening Weekend
Taking place the same weekend as International Music Summit (IMS), Pacha Group's weekend-long opening marathon brings together all the elements that have made the brand the most recognisable in nightlife worldwide over a full three day programme.
Destino Five Ibiza might primarily be an adult-only five-star hotel (upgraded from four-star in winter 2024-25), but it also boasts a limited number of party licences throughout summer. The first is reserved for part three of Pacha's Grand Opening Weekend.
Dripping in Pacha's unmistakable sexy signature, Destino Five ushers in a new season in sophisticated style. For the curtain-raiser, the DJing don Signor Carola makes his first outing here this year. It's going to be special.
When?
17:00 - 23:00 on Sunday 26 April
(immediately preceding part four of Pacha's Grand Opening Weekend with ANOTR)
Where?
Destino Five Ibiza
Cap Martinet, 07819 Open in Google Maps
Cap Martinet is located on the clifftop above the resort of Talamanca, near to the village of Jesus and overlooking Ibiza Town. It has tremendous views of the Mediterranean, our capital's fortified old town Dalt Vila and even all the way to our Pityuses sister-island Formentera.
Destino Five aside, there are many luxury hotels and incredible private villas in the area. In Jesus, you will find a small but decent selection of bars, restaurants and shops, although Talamanca and Marina Bofafoc are more tourist-focused.
Although we might not recommend walking up the hill (although it has been done...), the walk down the hill back to Talamanca is breezy - especially after sun has gone down.
Who?
Destino Five welcomes Marco Carola to lead part three of Pacha's mammoth Grand Opening Weekend. Daytimes at Destino Five are synonymous with Carola, making him the obvious choice to kick things off ahead of his Music On residency, which starts there in June.

While the cult around Carola is multi-national, a large percentage of his following is Italian and this is reflected on the dancefloor. What can we say, clubbers from Italy passionately love their Techno and their adulation for the party talisman knows no bounds.
No doubt, his presence will already have been felt across the island earlier in the weekend, as he hosts part one of the series at Pacha on Friday. Little wonder the people call him King Carola.
Also playing: Mau P and Mason Collective
What?
Expect golden track IDs, hands-in-the-air energy, non-stop bass-face moments and plenty of “oi oi’s” throughout.
Music genre: Tech House

Why?
Five good reasons to go:
- the first in the Pacha ICONS series for 2026 - and the first of nine confirmed outings for Carola
- Carola is joined by another Pacha Group asset in Wednesday night resident Mau P
- Pacha's glamorous glitterati will be dolled-up to the nines for the occasion
- chance to carry on at Destino Five's exclusive onsite club space, Tox
- alternatively, part four of the Opening Weekend takes place down the road at Pacha with ANOTR headlining - you can hop on the free shuttle bus and be whisked door-to-door

Continue your night with ANOTR at part four of Pacha's Grand Opening Weekend at the bottom of the hill
Also worth knowing:
Historically, opening parties sell out and we envision Destino Five's Opening Party being no exception. Secure your ticket now, so you don't miss out.
Top tip: Parking is limited onsite and driving is largely discouraged. If you're having difficulty finding an available taxi, use the complimentary shuttle bus which picks up in Playa d'en Bossa and Ibiza Town.
