Music business conference International Music Summit (IMS) is set to return for its seventeenth edition from 22 to 24 April. In 2026, it holds residence at the sensational Mondrian & Hyde complex in Cala Llonga for a third year.
This year’s summit introduces the theme Reclaim The Dancefloor, serving as both a rallying cry and a vital inquiry into the preservation of electronic music’s foundational culture.
As the industry navigates the influence of private equity, artificial intelligence and exponential digital innovation, IMS 2026 will assemble a global cohort of artists, industry leaders and cultural custodians. Together, they will examine the shifting landscape and determine what aspects of our culture must be protected in an era of unprecedented change.
The three day program will delve into the challenges of scaling electronic dance music without diluting its core values, how digital distractions are altering the shared rituals of the dancefloor and how the community can reclaim agency in the digital era.
In partnership with AlphaTheta, the summit has announced its first wave of sessions, headlined by a celebration of 35 Years of Nervous Records and a market focus on Brazil, which explores the identity and impact of one of the world’s most explosive electronic music territories.

The agenda also features high-profile Keynote Interviews with industry heavyweights, including Maykel Piron, CEO of Armada Music Group, and Yann Pissenem, founder of The Night League (TNL), who was recently named the recipient of the IMS Legends Award for 2026.
Beyond the keynotes, the summit will spotlight the emerging forces and regional voices shaping the next chapter of the industry.
Sessions will include an inside look at the new team behind Barcelona’s Sónar festival and a deep dive into rising innovation within the scene in Eastern Europe.
Attendees will also have an opportunity to engage with the next generation of rising artists including Tech House sensation and the man behind You&Me, Josh Baker.
As the industry prepares to gather on the White Isle for another year of key industry discussions, delegates are reminded that the window to secure early-bird badges has now passed, with standard pricing now in effect as we approach the late-April starting whistle.
