Burna Boy brings global star power to O Beach Ibiza for Luna Loca launch

The Afrobeat giant swaps arenas for an Ibiza pool party on Friday 7 August.

Peak-summer has hit Ibiza, but here's no slowing down the island's parade of superstar guests. This coming Friday 7 August, there's another. This time, it's Burna Boy's turn to make a rare appearance on the White Isle.

The Grammy-winning Nigerian artist heads to O Beach Ibiza to headline the global launch of Luna Loca - a brand-new live music concept created by British producer Steel Banglez in partnership with UM Beach Clubs & Lifestyle (UMBL).

Burna Boy is hardly short of career highlights.

Between selling out arenas across the globe and shutting down Glastonbury's Pyramid Stage, he's also fresh off the back of his biggest performance of his career.

Only weeks ago, the heart-throb lit up the FIFA World Cup Final halftime show alongside Shakira with their number one hit, Dai Dai.

Known for his signature take on Afrobeat, R&B, Dancehall and Hip Hop all intertwined into one, with hits like Last Last, Ye and City Boy, he’s coming all the way to IBZ to debut the good stuff.

Joining Burna Boy is Steel Banglez, the British producer behind collaborations with Dave, AJ Tracey and Mr Eazi. He's also celebrating the release of his new House-inspired EP, House Music Saved My Life, on O Beach Music, so expect plenty of fresh tunes on the day.

O Beach's regular entourage of Friday resident DJs, including Cameo, Lucy Jane, Jamie Love, Parris Taylor and Sam Dungate will also be present.

As if O Beach wasn't iconic enough, at "last, last", the day-club adds another bow to its legacy.

Very limited tickets, including an early-entry option, can be purchased by clicking here or heading to our party calendar. This will sell out.
