From Playa d'en Bossa
The Formentera Cruise
The Formentera Cruise offers a full-day adventure from Playa d’en Bossa. En route, there is a swim stop in front of Espalmador and a chance to go paddleboarding or snorkelling in the pristine turquoise waters of Ses Illetas. Enjoy a fresh onboard lunch (paella, salad, fruit) with sangria, beer, and soft drinks.
Return immediately if you have had enough fun for a day or disembark to spend the afternoon exploring Formentera at your leisure before returning to Ibiza.
From San Antonio
Es Vedrà and Formentera cruise
This full-day Es Vedrà and Formentera cruise is, as the Spanish say, fenomenal! You'll sail past the mystical rock of Es Vedrà, stop in front of the uninhabited islet of Espalmador for a swim in the stunning waters of this uninhabited island and then continue on to La Savina, the port of Formentera. You'll have several hours to discover this island before boarding and heading back to San Antonio. A paella lunch, free onboard bar, snacks, as well as snorkelling equipment, are included in the price.
Boat Trip to and around Es Vedrà and Es Vedranell
Embark on a stunning 4-hour cruise aboard the Capitan Nemo along Ibiza's west coast. Sail past picturesque bays like Cala Bassa, Cala Conta, and Cala d'Hort, leading to the ultimate highlight: cruising right around the mysterious, rocky islet of Es Vedrà. The journey continues to Atlantis, a fascinating historic stone quarry. On the return trip, enjoy a refreshing swim stop.
Opt for the evening cruise to enjoy the exact same magical itinerary, beautifully enhanced by Ibiza’s legendary, breathtaking sunset.
Boat Trip to the Aquarium and Cala Salada
The Captain Nemo glass-bottomed boat takes you along San Antonio's stunning coastline with swim stops along the way. Kids will love the visit to the Cap Blanc Aquarium to see all kinds of marine creatures in their natural underwater habitat in this eerie underground cavern. In addition you can choose to spend some time on the beach at Cala Salada.
Beach Hop Cruise
The beautiful beaches of Ibiza's west coast, Cala Bassa and Cala Conta, are your dream destinations on the popular Beach Hop Cruise. Board the glass-bottomed boat in San Antonio and set off for a leisurely cruise, spending time on both beaches and anchoring up for a swim, snorkel or glide on a stand-up paddleboard. Daytime and sunset cruises are available with this terrific trip.
From Santa Eulalia and nearby resorts
Santa Eulalia Ferry
Santa Eulalia Ferry offers the only ferry service to Formentera from the East Coast of Ibiza. It starts out from Es Caná before picking up passengers in Cala Pada, Santa Eulalia, Cala Llonga and Ibiza Town.
The boat is also an enjoyable, hassle-free (i.e. no parking involved) way to get from Cala Llonga and Santa Eulalia to Punta Arabí hippy market on Wednesdays. En route, it stops at Cala Pada.
Formentera Experience offers a four-hour excursion to Formentera from Santa Eulalia (other departure points are Ibiza Town, Cala Llonga and Es Caná. The boat moors close to the spectacular beach of Ses Illetes before heading to Cala Saona or Cap de Barbaria, two lesser-known coves on the southwestern coast. En route, you will enjoy great views of the land/seascape and the island of Espalmador.
Amenities range from chill-out music, a dedicated chef, a custom gourmet lunch designed for sharing (vegetarian and vegan options available) and an open bar. Paddleboards and snorkelling gear included. Reduced rates for infants, under-12s and groups. Free for bikes and pets. Great vibes guaranteed.
