Ibiza's newest hotspot Playa Soleil ready to launch

Opening summer 2023. An oasis of culinary and sonic adventures awaits in Playa d'en Bossa.

Ibiza's premier beach resort Playa d'en Bossa is about to receive its latest upgrade.

Adding to an already impressive array of world-class beach clubs will be Playa Soleil, a multi-sensory experience, designed to nourish your mind, body, and soul with world-class cuisine, sophisticated sounds and holistic healing.

A collaboration project by the teams behind Ushuaïa and Hï Ibiza and the lifestyle group including ROTO and Beso Beach, Playa Soleil will be set in an idyllic beachfront location, on the famous old Bora Bora beach club site.

Completely renovated, the sophisticated new beach club will be divided into various zones and promises to deliver an immersive beach experience like no other. The names of the zones hint at a Gallic theme, but we await the full reveal with excitement.

Nevertheless, we are promised a rustic and bohemian aesthetic of the highest quality.

Playa Grande will be the beachfront location where you can spend the day lazing on sunbeds and Balinese beds or sipping cocktails at the nearby Les Palmiers and Las Dunas.

There will also be a Mini Playa for your little ones to hang out under the watchful eye of experienced childminders as well as bohemian-chic clothing at La Boutique, a programme of wellness activities and valet parking.

Music and gastronomy will obviously play important roles in the Playa Soleil experience.

Playa Chica, Oasis and Le Restaurant will be sophisticated dining zones curated by Executive Chef Cristian Castañeda and creating culinary masterpieces from the highest quality, locally sourced, organic produce.

Fridays and Sundays will host flagship music events.

Kicking off the venue in style on 30 June, island favourite Guy Gerber is relaunching his famous Rumors party on this stretch of sandy shore which has been an instrumental part of his own personal journey.

Rumors starts at 18:00 and will run all summer until 29 September and should rekindle some fond memories of years gone by.

Sundays will be the domain of Palmarama, starting with an extended set from Luciano on 2 July. The Latin magician will be joined by other DJs announced soon.

Entry by guestlist only for both days.

Special events are promised inside Maison Musique - many of you will already be very familiar with this famous space, so we’re particularly excited to find out what new memories await in store behind its glass walls.

We will keep you up to date with further news from this exciting new addition to the Ibizan scene as it breaks.
