Beat Hotel amongst the highlights this week at Akasha

Five parties lined-up, starting Wednesday.

While the island's super-clubs in the south of the island all lay out their preparations for closing parties, all-year-round Akasha is matching them with its own stellar programme.

Starting on Wednesday 28 September, the boutique club at Las Dalias lines-up five consecutive days of parties.

Beat Hotel rocks into town on Thursday 29 September and it's hard to overstate how much of a big deal this is.

The community of musos and Balearic lovers has made its mark felt wherever it has travelled. From its roots at Glastonbury to its expansion to Marrakech and beyond, now Beat Hotel has earmarked Ibiza as a place of interest.

Akasha | Las Dalias

The takeover of Akasha is the focal point of Beat Hotel's week long programme, and sees a star-studded array of talent.

Róisín Murphy performs two live PAs, one outdoors and one indoors. Meanwhile, revered selectors Fort Romeu, Jennifer Cardini and Maurice Fulton will take turns spinning the tunes. This has all the ingredients to turn into one of the parties of the summer.

Friday keeps the momentum going. Strangely Enough label head and Watergate affiliate Matthias Meyer headlines on 30 September. Support comes from Miss Melera.

October starts exactly how September left off, with All Day I Dream regular Lost Desert and Mustafa Ismaeel joining Igor Marijuán on Saturday. A night of organic tones and floaty House music is on the cards.

Tickets and info for both Friday and Saturday can be found here.

Nido | Las Dalias

Finally, the weekend is capped once again by Nido, which switches to its cool season programme with a winter opener. The music and fun now begins at midday in the garden, moving inside at 18:00.

Igor Marijuán and Sena play alongside intercontinental Afro House two-piece Sparrow & Barbossa.

Before all that, Namasté gets the ball rolling tomorrow with its summer closing party. Entertainment and enlightenment in the garden from 19:00, before names like Landikhan, Gaya Brisa and Doumi San takes things inside and into the night.

In the organiser's own words, "the beautiful thing about closures is that they give us a new beginning." We expect Namasté to have a presence throughout winter.

Namasté | Las Dalias

There's plenty to get your teeth stuck into and five really big reasons to venture to San Carlos over the coming days.

Should the stars not align for you this week, then a little further ahead sees the return of Nick Warren (whose Spring date was one of this author's parties of summer, no less) on Friday 7 October. More info can be viewed here.

It's always worth remembering, that Ibiza Spotlight is the exclusive online ticket partner for Akasha. Pre-sale is always €5 cheaper than the price on the door and considering the venue's limited capacity, parties with bigger name DJs such as the above, are liable to sell out.

Entry for all of these parties is €20 or less in most cases - incredible value for some of the most authentic Ibiza dancefloor experiences found on the island.
