Es Caná (Es Canar in Catalan) celebrates its patron's day with a wide programme of activities in July.
Es Caná's big day is on Monday 10 July, coinciding with Saint Cristopher (Sant Cristòfol in Catalan), the Patron Saint of the village. The big day usually starts with live music and games for children.
Later in the evening, when the heat is not so strong, the holy mass takes place in Es Caná's small chapel followed by a big parade through the streets and traditional dances.
Already on the days before and after the main day there are events and activities for all the family, locals and holiday makers alike.
In 2025 the festivities take place from 5 to 12 July, and there is a special night on 26 July.

9:00 - 19:00, Beach Tennis Tournament at Es Caná beach
10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 15:00, free excursions on glass bottom boat. Departures from the jetty in the small harbour of Es Caná

11:00 - 19:00, exhibition of vintage cars on the promenade

19:30 - 21:30, fashion show courtesy of boutiques and shops in Es Caná
Thursday, 10 July – the big day of the fiestas, when more traditional activities will take place. 12:00 - 21:00, small artisan market on the promenade
14:00, paella for all in the harbour with music by DJ Efrain Navarro
19:00, mass in the chapel of Es Caná
19:45, procession and blessing of the carts, leaving from the chapel
20:15, concert by the Santa Eulalia Municipal Band of Music at the harbour of Es Caná
21:30, traditional folklore dance ball pagès on the promenade
Friday, 11 July
18:00, party for all ages in Avenida Punta Arabí (in front of the Solimar bar), with children's area with bouncy castles and games
21.30, concert by a ZZ Top tribute band
Saturday 12 July
10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 15:00, free excursions on glass bottom boat. Departures from the jetty in the small harbour of Es Caná
19:00, music by DJ Ivan MG
21:00 to 23:00, concert by the group Los del Varadero and food trucks at the harbour
23:00, Correfoc (fire-runners) with Els Mals Esperits on the promenade
Two weeks later, on the evening of Saturday 26 July there is another big party
18:00, kid's party with children's araea with bouncy casteles, face-painting and games
19:00 - 20:00, Circus and clown show 'Miss Umbrella'
20:00 - 21:15, musical 'The Lion King'
21:30 to midnight, 80s and 90s party with DJ Vázquez
