Directly overlooking the sparkling waters of Cala Nova, close to Es Caná, Es Fumeral serves innovative Mediterranean/Spanish cuisine using the finest local and national produce. The restaurant pays tribute to the region´s gastronomic heritage by fusing two fundamental elements: fire and sea.

The approach of Alberto Pacheco, the Ibizan head chef, focuses on inviting diners to embark on a gastronomic journey where the fish and seafood -  prepared on a Josper grill - are the protagonists, complemented by classic Spanish dishes. 

The Es Fumeral project was conceived with the aim to reinvent the traditional beach bar - a chiringuito in Spanish - by way of a cuisine in which the finest local and national produce plays the main role. 

The venue itself is perfectly integrated into the natural surroundings owing to the use of noble and sustainable materials such as wood and stone. Its layout is organic, inviting visitors to relax and enjoy the colours of this idyllic setting. The interior celebrates traditional Ibizan architecture, as reflected by a natural, minimalist aesthetic that highlights sand and earth tones. 

Eating here is a special experience thanks to the convergence of several distinct spaces: an open kitchen and the expansive terrace that allows diners to bask in the panoramic views of Cala Nova - one of the white island ́s most emblematic bays.
