Es Caná (Es Canar in Catalan) celebrates its patron's day with a wide programme of activities in July.
Es Caná's big day is on Friday 10 July, coinciding with Saint Cristopher (Sant Cristòfol in Catalan), the Patron Saint of the village. The big day usually starts with live music and games for children.
In 2026 the festivities take place from 13 June to 25 July.
Highlights this year are:
Saturday, 4 July
- 9:00 to 19:00 - Beach Tennis Tournament. Cala Martina Beach.
- 10:00 to 11:00 and 12:00 to 15:00 - Free Glass Bottom Boat Trips. Departures from Es Canar Harbour.
- 18:30 to 22:00 - Marina Fashion Market. A market featuring Es Canar's local businesses, with fashion, accessories and souvenirs. Es Canar Harbour.
Sunday, 5 July
- 9:00 to 19:00 - Beach Volleyball Tournament. Cala Martina Beach.
Wednesday, 8 July
- 11:00 to 19:00 - Classic Car and Motorcycle Exhibition. Es Canar Promenade.
Friday, 10 July
- 19:00 - Solemn Mass in honour of the patron saint, celebrated by the Bishop of Ibiza and Formentera, with music performed by the San Carlos Parish Choir.
- 19:45 - Traditional Cart Parade and Blessing. Starting from Es Canar Chapel.
Saturday, 11 July
- 19:00 - DJ Iván MG.
- 21:00 to 23:00 – Live concert by Los del Varadero, with a food truck area.
- 23:00 - Correfoc (traditional fire run) by Els Mals Esperits.
Sunday, 12 July
- 21:00 - Concert by Eribertho Cruz (Cuban music and Afro House).
Saturday, 25 July
- 21:00 to midnight - Remember Party, featuring 80s and 90s music with DJ Vázquez.
