Villa Torre Tanit is an authentic country finca, with the addition of a magical 17th-century defence tower. It is one of the most iconic houses on the west side of the island, with tons of traditional charm and has easy access to the town of San Antonio, a 5-minute drive, and the great beaches of Cala Salada and Cala Gracio.
The legendary Pikes Hotel is also very close by.
Inside:
Thick, white walls keep the house naturally cool, with an airy feeling thanks to the high wooden ceilings of rural architecture.
In the lower part of the house, there is a spacious living room equipped with satellite TV, stereo and DVD with direct access to the terrace area, pool and barbecue.
From the living room, there is access to two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed.
There is also direct access to a large fully-equipped modern kitchen, with a dishwasher and washing machine.
On this floor, there are two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower.
Upstairs are two more bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with twin beds (possibility of joining them or in a large double bed).
On the top of the house, there is another large terrace, with chill-out sofas and countryside views including sun rising and setting.
