Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen Ibiza, located at The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel in the resort of Playa d'en Bossa, has launched a refreshed menu for its second season. This year it introduces a range of Mediterranean-inspired dishes that showcase locally sourced produce alongside the classics, for which this restaurant chain has become renowned.

Diners are always encouraged to dwell in the celebrated cocktail bar, for post-prandial drinks including the cheeky Notes from Gordon, blending gin with green tea, peach and lemongrass, and the Obligatory Pink Drink, a mix of vodka and freshly squeezed grapefruit.
Open nightly for dinner, Hell's Kitchen combines Gordon Ramsay's signature cooking with Mediterranean flavours in the heart of Playa d'en Bossa.
Some of the must-try new starters for this season are:

Sea bass tiradito with mango tiger's milk

Red prawn carpaccio

Crispy prawn croquettes
One of the standout new main courses:

Bourguignon pork cheek with pear carpaccio and grilled octopus.
The revamped dessert menu introduces Ibiza Sunset, an indulgent creation of Amaretto-roasted pineapple, Ibizan honey, coconut mousse, cocoa crumble, mint and pineapple granita.
