Suau Festival expands its programme for second Ibiza edition

The neoclassical/ambient music festival returns with art installations and gastronomy.

With less than two weeks to go until its return, Suau Festival is preparing to welcome audiences to a second edition that expands beyond music. This year it will feature new artistic and gastronomic experiences alongside its programme of neoclassical, ambient and contemporary electronic performances.

Taking place from 3 to 5 July, the festival will once again transform some of Ibiza's most distinctive locations into intimate concert spaces. The programme unfolds across the outdoor area of Es Caló de s'Oli Auditorium, the Baluard de Sant Pere in Dalt Vila and the dramatic surroundings of Sa Pedrera.

Promoted by Ibizan production company Eivissa Escènica, this year's edition features performances by local project Felt Oxytocin, Polish cellist and composer Dobrawa Czocher and German electronic duo Two Lanes.

The festival opens on 3 July with a free concert by Felt Oxytocin at Es Caló de s'Oli. Formed by Samuel Pérez and Carlos Vesperinas, the duo combines piano, cello, synthesisers and field recordings to create immersive soundscapes. The performance will include material from Entre Ellas as well as previews of Tafukt, their forthcoming album inspired by a creative journey through Morocco.

One of the principal additions for 2026 is the LivePortrait Booth, an interactive installation created by Live Painting Ibiza. Inspired by vintage photo booths, the project allows visitors to leave with a personalised illustrated portrait created on site before or after the concert.

The opening evening will also feature food and drink offerings from Sa Trugeta and Asociación Cultural Great River Road, marking the beginning of the festival's broader focus on audience experience.

On 4 July, Dobrawa Czocher takes to the stage at the Baluard de Sant Pere, presenting music from her latest album, State of Matter. Combining cello, electronics, synthesisers and voice, the Polish composer has become one of the leading figures in Europe's contemporary neoclassical movement.

The festival concludes on 5 July at Sa Pedrera with Two Lanes. Formed by brothers Leo and Rafa, the German duo has amassed more than 500 million streams through a sound that blends acoustic piano, analogue synthesisers and minimalist electronics. Their performance is designed specifically to interact with the quarry's unique natural surroundings.

A gastronomic area featuring artisan pizzas, sweets and drinks will accompany the closing event, allowing audiences to savour delicious snacks while enjoying the sunset before the concert begins.

Tickets for Dobrawa Czocher and Two Lanes remain available through TicketIB, while entry to Felt Oxytocin's opening performance is free, subject to capacity.
