House heavyweights pour into Destino Five Ibiza for Music On Daytime
Daylight ravers rejoice! After a killer Destino Five Ibiza Opening Party last month, Italian don Marco Carola is back in Cap Martinet with Music On's daytime edition. It is part of the Pacha ICONS series, which also includes takeovers from Solomun.
Music On Daytime takes place on eight selected Thursdays evenings in peak-season. They are 18 and 25 June, 2, 9 and 23 July and 6, 13 and 20 August.
For the first of the parties, it's a full line-up of heavyweights as Franky Rizardo and PAWSA join Carola on 18 June, alongside Ale De Tuglie and and a back-to-back from Da Vid and Matteo Dentone to open.
On 9 July, CircoLoco Records' Prospa go b2b with Cloonee. With their new hit Free Your Mind one of the leading contenders for track of summer, the vibes are going to be off the scale.
Another big b2b take place on 23 July, as international ladies HoneyLuv and Jazzy join forces. This appearance also marks Jazzy's Music On debut. Mason Collective and Chris Stussy (pictured above) complete the bill.
Across the final three dates in August, Carola invites Max Dean, Paco Osuna, Ilario Alicante, Damian Lazarus, Dennis Cruz, Toman and Joey Daniel, as well as another surprise booking for Melodic Techno duo Adriatique.
Marco Carola and Music On later return to Destino Five to host the venue's Closing Party in mid-October, but that seems like a long way off yet. Let's live in the moment and enjoy summer before we start wishing it away.
