Marco Carola presents Music On returns to Pacha with monster line-up
Returning to its usual Friday night fiascos at Pacha Ibiza this summer, Marco Carola’s elitist Music On party has just come through with the week-by-week line-ups. To put it midly, they're pretty stacked.
For a whole 23 weeks, Carola will be joined by huge names and usual Music On suspects. You'll find plenty of your favourites, but this year there some new recruits to gnaw over. Just to pick out a handful of highlights due over the course of the season...
First up, making her Music On debut is Irish chart-topper Jazzy - an unexpected but intriguing addition to the usually tight-knit roster. Following her recent collaboration with East End Dubs, her inclusion could mark the start of more crossover moments for the party.
Rising UK talents Tommy Phillips and Joss Dean also make the cut this summer and will play on the same date as Max Dean - a fundamental pillar of their careers thus far. Catch them all on Friday 14 August.
Another fresh face comes in the form of LIV Miami resident MEDNAS, while Manchester-based producer Fletch is another Music On debutant. After years of putting in the work, it’s a well-earned breakthrough moment for the emerging artist.
On Friday 31 July, The Martinez Brothers (pictured above) return to Pacha. Now that they don't have their usual weekly residency, this is one of the few opportunities to catch them play on the island this summer.
Friday 11 September, the music will differ to that signature driving Tech House and take a more understate route as Chris Stussy, Arapu, Priku, Traumer, Mahony and Danyelino take centre stage. Should your dates coincide with 26 June, then that week demands your attention.
To get things started, the opening party takes place on Friday 15 May with a pretty hefty bill consisting of Marco Carola, Paco Osuna, Ilario Alicante, Mason Collective and Da Vid.
The season wraps up with a two-part closing across Thursday 8 October and Friday 9 October, bringing another huge summer to a close.
