Punta Arabí Hippy Market, renowned as the vibrant heart of Es Caná and a legend in its own right, is gearing up for another successful season beginning Wednesday 1 April.
Once again, it joins forces with FERGUS Style Punta Arabía, a beautiful refurbished hotel resort in Es Caná, just a few metres from Cala Martina Beach.
“This year we're kicking off the season again on the first Wednesday of April, getting back to the market's usual rhythm thanks to FERGUS Style Punta Arabí”, says Paola Podestá, president of AVHEMPA, the association representing the market’s vendors.
Featuring whitewashed villas nestled among pine forests, three restaurants, and bars seamlessly integrated into the Mediterranean landscape, this stunning hotel is the perfect place to host such an iconic market within its streets.
“In 2026, we're returning to our roots with renewed energy, focusing on strengthening the community and authenticity that define our market, a unique place where culture and tradition merge in every corner”, she continues.
The aim is to create an unparalleled opportunity for visitors to immerse themselves in a vibrant cultural and artistic environment.
The market stands out for its wide and diverse offerings, boasting over 400 stalls that range from artisan jewellery, accessories, and clothing to natural and organic cosmetics and local liquors such as traditional hierbas ibicencas (Ibizan herbs). There's also a big focus on sustainable products, with creations made from recycled materials such as tyres and plastic, among many of the unique items you can find.
Music and a family-friendly atmosphere
Music is another highlight of this multicultural space for all ages. On its 2026 opening day, as with every event throughout the summer, expect the sound of live performers to drift through the twists and turns of the market stalls. Additionally, the market will host a gourmet food area with diverse food trucks, as well as a kids' zone with face painting and workshops.
