Hï Ibiza has previous form for taking emerging talent hailing from Brazil and turning them into major players on the international stage, Now, it has added two more to its ranks in the form of melodic Afro House players Antdot and Maz, AKA the creatives behind Dawn Patrol.
With a name that suggests early morning pursuits on the dancefloor, the burgeoning Dawn Patrol duo will be manning the dancefloor for a special Thursday Club Room residency on 7, 14, 21 and 28 May.
While Dawn Patrol run room two, Argy & ARTBAT host The Theatre, making the whole club a hub of Melodic Techno mania.
Dawn Patrol started in 2020 and has quickly become more than a music project. It's now also a label, a party brand and a platform for Brazilian electronic music on the global stage.
In a nutshell, their sonic identity sits somewhere between the likes of Black Coffee, KEINEMUSIK, and ANOTR. Think percussive but upbeat and vibrant, full of organic rhythms and Afro influences, but with a distinctive Brazilian edge.
With tracks like Amana and the Layefa featured Jolie Fille topping Beatport charts and becoming staples in Afro House sets around the globe, Dawn Patrol has made waves internationally in a short amount of time.
This residency is the next step in bringing a taste of Brazil's stealthy music scene to Ibiza, with Antdot and Maz's music giving clubbers a slice of sunshine on the dancefloor.
