Sven promised surprises - and surprises he shall deliver. Few could have predicted this one, but Cocoon's 20th anniversary celebrations keep on getting bigger. Newly announced for Sunday 8 September, Cocoon will stop at one of Ibiza's best kept secrets: Underground Ibiza.
On the night, party talisman Sven Väth will play all night long. Doors open at 23:00.
True to its name, Underground is the low-key, intimate club in San Rafael that largely shuns big names and marketing - opting to keep things amongst people in the know.
Although fairly high-profile residencies from tINI and Rhadoo take place at Underground, it's not often you'll find international talent of Sven's magnitude playing there. In fact, we really can't recall the last time an event of this size took place there.
This one-off that proceeds Sven's announced appearance at Circoloco on 9 September, is surely a gift to the Cocoon faithful for 20 glorious years of dance floor loyalty.
With the full night to play with, expect Sven to delve deep into his vinyl collection and take the crowd on a true musical journey. This is where the veteran DJ excels. Expect to hear some real goodies.
