Tanit Beach

Playa d'en Bossa

Spilling onto the golden sands of Playa d'en Bossa, Tanit Beach is one of Ibiza's premium beach clubs. The restaurant provides excellent service and exquisite food to its exclusive clients, whose kids are very well catered for in their own pirate ship playground. Childminding experts, Kids in Ibiza, are on hand every day to offer arts and crafts and face painting from their shady and secure dedicated play area. A completely complimentary service for all diners.

Ibiza Town

S'Escalinata is a pretty bar and restaurant, beside a cascade of steps descending onto Plaza del Sol in Ibiza Old Town. Kids will adore lounging on the leather beanbags while you enjoy very good quality tapas, breads, sandwiches and traditional sharing platters. S'Escalinata is not too expensive and absolutely perfect for a well-earned snack stop after touring the narrow lanes of the old city.

Chringuito blue

Santa Eulalia

Next to the shore of Mariner's Beach lies Chiringuito Blue, the beach restaurant that's ideal for families. Not only is there a children's play area, you can skip merrily down to the sea, whose shallow bathing waters are nice and safe for kids. There's yummy, healthy Mediterannean fare using local Ibizan products on the menu too, making this place a true treat.

Es Jardins de la Frutera

Santa Gertudis

With a tranquil countryside location and pretty fruit orchards, Es Jardins de la Frutera is one of those eateries to get from it all and breathe nature. Its food is a modern take on local Ibizan cuisine, using high quality produce and the place is perfect to take the family, whether large or small. With a children's playground, the little ones can amuse themselves and work up an appetite for dinner.

Cala de Bou

Relish restaurant is the perfect destination for families who all like to try different flavours. There is such variety on the Relish menu that it is sure to please all tastes. The restaurant is very popular with family groups and all guests are welcome to go for a free dip in the swimming pool to cool off. Nothing screams family-friendly louder than a traditional Sunday roast and Relish has garnered a solid reputation for producing one of the best on the island.

Surf Lounge

San Antonio

Beside the obvious attraction of Ibiza's unique Flowrider surfing experience, Surf Lounge serves remarkably good food and drinks. The choice of healthy options includes a super range of reasonably priced poké bowls and enormous sandwiches. Kids will love learning how to surf, guided by this venue's professionally trained experts as well as jumping into the pool or running down to the beach, whilst their parents relax and order another jug of cava sangria with lunch.

Cala Llonga

Cala Llonga is a beach resort with an embarrassment of riches when it comes to family friendly restaurants. On this broad stretch of fine sand kids are free to roam from table to the beach without stressing out their nervous parents. Papaya restaurant stands out for the excellent position of its open terrace - the perfect viewpoint of the beach. Papaya's great menu is homely, friendly and modern, with much of the cuisine cooked on its Josper grill. Adults will love the cocktails too.

Sa Trinxa

Las Salinas Beach

By far the best value of any of the restaurants on Las Salinas beach, Sa Trinxa is undoubtedly the most bohemian. Kids are free to roam and explore the rock pools or dive from the small pier and the whole family will enjoy the eclectic mix of laid back Balearic tunes. There is always a cheerful and relaxed atmosphere and the cuisine is healthy, colourful and fun to share.

Casa Maca

Ibiza Town

Casa Maca restaurant offers al fresco dining with a panoramic view overlooking the city of Ibiza. The rustic sharing menu consists of meat, local sausages and seafood grilled on the outdoor barbecues and complemented by fresh produce from the Casa Maca terrain. There are plenty of large tables, ideal to accommodate big family groups and acres of grounds, with herb and vegetable gardens, for kids to safely explore and play while adults enjoy the view.

San Antonio

Everyone loves pizza, especially the younger ones. Over the past 15 years, David's has carved out a reputation for being the premier pizza restaurant in San Antonio, especially among travellers en route to the famous Sunset Strip. The terrace is always full with large family groups, a testament to the quality of fare available. But David's is more than just a pizzeria, look out for a few of the classic French touches on the menu, especially the delicious onion soup.

Factory Bar and Smokehouse

San Rafael

First impressions can be misleading when you first pull up at Factory Bar and Smokehouse, opposite Amnesia nightclub. However, step inside and you will find a friendly and spacious restaurant perfect for families, with flexible seating and an abundance of the authentic American food that children love – burgers, ribs and TexMex. On Sundays, Factory serves gigantic roasts in concert with the Sunday lunch specialists The Olive Tree, and kids have a fenced outside play area to kick around in.

Santa Eulalia

Housed in a delightful, Moroccan inspired, domed tower on the seafront promenade of Santa Eulalia, Somiart combines great dining with colourful performance. Kids will love the nightly aerial acrobatic shows and the freedom to stretch their legs safely on the promenade. The strongly Asian influenced cuisine, great cocktails and family friendly food make Somiart a very easy choice for a fun-filled family night out.
