When you come to Ibiza with the family, you want to make sure that they can have as much fun eating out as adults do. Fortunately, this island is blessed with plenty of great family-friendly eateries that accommodate children and welcome them with open arms. Here is our selection of some of the best.
Chambao By the Beach
Talamanca
Part of Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay, Chambao By the Beach is very much a family-oriented restaurant with an excellent kids' club offering all sorts of fun activities, ranging from jewellery making, basket weaving to DJ workshops, and even cooking classes.
Meanwhile, tiny sports enthusiasts can try out yoga or paddle boarding in the bay. Chambao has its own team of professionally trained and certified childminders and runs the popular Family Weekends, where parents can enjoy the Spanish sobremesa - the relaxed time at the table after a meal - while the kids have fun at the Kids Club (complimentary for Chambao diners). For family-friendly options, this one is hard to beat, since it offers excellent and healthy dining options for kids in true Mediterranean style.

El Náutico Ibiza
Ibiza Town
With beautiful views over the vibrant Ibiza Town harbour, El Náutico Ibiza, with its two dining spaces, is a popular option for family dining dates. This is especially true on Saturdays and Sundays when their Kids Corner opens its doors, inviting little ones in while parents enjoy the pretty surroundings. It is a bright and welcoming space where little ones of all ages can come and be entertained, under the supervision of the on-site child carers.

Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen
Playa d'en Bossa
Located at The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel at The Site Ibiza, the new culinary hub in Playa d'en Bossa, Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen offers an iconic dining experience for both adults and children. With cool DJs and live music as the backdrop, the dining experience is elevated to an even greater performance, as guests watch the gastronomic delights come to life in the open kitchen. For little ones, this is taken up a notch, where they can join the kitchen team amid the action and take part themselves, thanks to the child-chef experience. Who knows, you could spot the next Gordon Ramsay in the making!
Details: Reservations are always advisable, and make sure to inform them that children will be joining so that the experience can be prepared. All ages are welcome.
Beachouse
Playa d'en Bossa
Another popular family-centric beachside restaurant is Beachouse at the far end of Playa D’en Bossa. It has its own Little Beachouse kids ‘ space where little ones can take part in fun activities such as island-inspired arts and crafts, face-painting, games and kids’ yoga. As their motto runs, “We believe every child is an artist, so let their creativity flow.”

Tanit Beach
Playa d'en Bossa
Spilling onto the golden sands of Playa d'en Bossa, Tanit Beach is one of Ibiza's premium beach clubs. The restaurant provides excellent service and exquisite food to its exclusive clients, whose kids are very well catered for in their own play area.
Childminding experts, Kids in Ibiza, are on hand every day to offer arts and crafts and face painting from their shady and secure dedicated play area. A completely complimentary service for all diners.

Bam-Bu-Ku
San Antonio
Bam-Bu-Ku dedicates three days every week to families who just want to have fun. El Kiddo runs every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, with live entertainment, music, DJs, dancers, facepainters, magicians, turning the venue into a poolside playground.
There's a great menu of food and snacks that you can enjoy in the restaurant or poolside. Here, kids can spend the day jumping between the dancefloor and the water, whilst parents relax with a refreshing jug of cava sangria.

Cas Costas
On the road to San José
Conveniently located on the road to San José, just a couple of kilometres outside Ibiza Town, Cas Costas is a restaurant specialising in delicious grilled food.
Besides its car park and garden, there is a kids’ playground with wooden rides, swings and climbing frames, so grown-ups can devote themselves to enjoying the food and chatting with friends while the children play, run and jump.
As there is no supervision, younger children need to be accompanied. On Thursdays, Cas Costas has a live music night.

LU·UM Ibiza
Situated halfway between Santa Eulalia and San Carlos.
LU·UM Ibiza is a rustic-chic restaurant/cocktail bar with a welcoming, family-friendly vibe. Its wood-fired kitchen serves delectable sharing plates made with locally sourced produce. It has a shaded terrace and outdoor lounge where parents can dine or unwind over a signature cocktail as the little ones play in the secure adventure corner with its sand-covered ground. A designer boutique rounds out the offer.

Nūn Ibiza
Cala Llonga beach
A beachfront restaurant just a step from the gorgeous family-friendly beach of Cala Llonga, Nūn Ibiza offers relaxed dining in a beautiful setting. The menu is centred around its charcoal grill and wood-fired oven, and based on seasonal produce, for the most authentic flavours. When little ones are in tow, they can be entertained in the Mini Nūn kids’ corner, a lovely outdoor and indoor space.

L'Amorigen
Cala Nova beach, near San Carlos
L'Amorigen lies set back on the gorgeous beach of Cala Nova, near the camping ground. An artfully decorated, bohemian wonderland, it offers organic, locally sourced food, pizzas and an inviting, laidback ambience. For the little ones, there is a small play area in the sand.
Es Café Casa Pepe
Between San Juan and Cala San Vicente
Close to the charming village of San Vicente in the northeast of the island, Es Cafè Casa Pepe not only serves up fine Thai food but is also ideal for families thanks to its safe outside play area for kids. The area, which is shaded, has a swing and a slide.
Juntos Farm
Santa Gertrudis area
A fantastic experience for all the family, Juntos Farm offers an opportunity for everyone to not only learn but get their hands dirty. With guided tours, you can see how the crops are grown, help to harvest them yourself, and meet the collection of cute farmyard animals along the way.
Kathmandu
A well-established institution on Calle San Vicente (restaurant street) serving Nepalese cuisine - in the heart of Santa Eulalia - Kathmandu is a favourite with adults and youngsters alike. That's because it has an indoor ball pit that extends over no less than two floors!
