The talented collective takes classic house anthems synonymous with Ibiza and gives them their own unique twist. Every member of the 14-piece strong band lives on the island. It is Ibiza's only orchestra that performs electronic music.
Anthemic tracks such as Fatboy Slim's Right Here, Right Now, Tori Amos's Professional Widow and The Shapeshifter's Lola's Theme are a selection of those given the Ibiza House Orchestra treatment.
The band has won plaudits for its previous appearances at Tanit Beach Club, Atzaró and Sol House's rooftop. Perhaps most famously it played during the IMS Legends Dinner at Space Ibiza when Pepe Roselló was recognised for his contribution to the island.
Most recently, it has enjoyed a whirlwind international outing at Dubai's Zero Gravity. Despite the band's increased public profile on an international level, heightened anticipation is always present for a "hometown" gig. Next Sunday represents the band's biggest stage to date.
After storming Ocean Beach in 2017 with an electrifying recital at the 25th anniversary of Miss Moneypenny's, Ibiza House Orchestra earned a return invite. Now it is deservedly headlining its own dedicated show.
